I called this company (and others) and received a quote (#1) for sealing my driveway. I scheduled the work for the first day of our vacation and left a check for the agreed amount under our front door mat. I texted the company while we were gone to make sure the work was done. I received a "Yes" reply. A relative of ours stopped over to check and the work wasn't complete. I asked again, and they said "Oh, that's a longer driveway, we need $135 more" (Quote #2). When we got home, there was a note saying they needed $115 more (Quote #3). In the end, Central Ohio didn't do the work they quoted, provided 3 different quotes, and wasted plenty of my time. I would not recommend this provider.

The cracks were not sealed as well as I would have liked. Had I known what the sealing was going to be, I would have left a check for the additional amount at the house and had them do more for the cracks. Thus, the problem was largely due to me. I would have liked them to call me when they were at the house to discuss this, do the additional work, and bill me.

It went fine. The driveway was in pretty poor shape, so they got it looking pretty good.

They were hard to connect with on the phone, but more responsive by texting.

Terrible. Firm did not contact me and did not respond to repeated voicemail and email attempts. Had to threaten action before work was performed. When aeration was done, seeding was not done. Had to bug them again. When seeding was eventually done, they barely seeded at all. Poor customer service. Poor work. Bad experience.

They completed the job as requested, but whenever I tried to call, the line always went to voicemail, but the voicemail box was always full, so it was impossible to communicate except via email.

Paid for what you got. Only the minimum!

They gave me a date range when they would show up. They came a day during that time, completed the job and left. They did a nice job and it looks great

A few streaks here and there, but for the price, they did a great job. Overall, they were careful, however, they did not trim back the grass, so I had to cut areas with strong scissors where the sealant struck to large chunks of grass.

I purchased a deal - $75 for driveway asphalt sealcoating. I left a message that I'd like to schedule the work and got a return call and after a couple calls was able to determine a day. The crew arrived as scheduled and sealed a crack ($50 extra) and coated the drive. They did a nice job - no mess.

We had a communication issue at the beginning but we got it worked out.

Great! Booked through site and communicated via email. They were fairly prompt with replies.

It looks good and they arrived when scheduled. They did leave a partial tar shoe print on my walkway. I wish they would have cleaned that. Now it dry and I can't get it off. They would have received all a's otherwise

Work went very good; honest that the sealing and crack filling would not 'fix' the drive but only help preserve for a short time.

Things went very well. The drive was cleaned and trimmed before sealant was applied. The product used was excellent and seems to be protecting the driveway very well. The work performed was much better than a more expensive job done by another company 2 years ago. I even got advice on how to help maintain the crack sealer myself.

I requested 3 dates in June for service. The service provider showed up unannoucned and in May. When he showed up without calling he had no identifing clothing or name tag letting me know where he was from. He just jumped right in to asking very rudely "You have a lot of cracks in your driveway, do you want to have this done or not" and proceeded to walk away. There was no flexablity in his approach to our scheduling or any customer service considerations in our excahange. I canceled the service through Angie's List and wanted noting to do with that company

This was an AngieList special. Work was very good. However there was a lack of good communication between me, office, and workers. Once that was ironed out, all went smooth.

Well, they never called to tell me when they were doing it, so it got done while I was away. If we'd had a car sitting in the driveway, it would have been too bad I guess. But they did a good job.

Quality of seal was excellent and well done. Email contact was a bit wonky but worked out in the end. I would hire them again as again end result was great and an excellent value.

The vendor did a very good job in completing the work. would recommend to anyone who needs this type of service.

I would still like the work done, but am concerned about their slow or no responses.
