Not as expected.
Description of Work: I called because the furnace would not go above 70 degrees and it was a very cold day in Cleveland. The man who came out said there was nothing wrong with it, but it is cold outside so the furnace would not go above 70. Charged me $116 and fixed nothing. I sarcastically asked him if that was the case for all furnaces in Cleveland and he stated that my furnace was 6 years old. He said if he could spend another hour looking at it and charge me for the labor for that hour but probably wouldn't find anything. I have used this company in the past and had no problem but I will now switch to the other "Donnelly" company.

Description of Work: THEY WERE EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, ON TIME, SUGGESTED WAYS TO SAVE MONEY. JUST PLEASANT OVERALL. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS, AND I ACTUALLY LEARNED ALOT ABOUT MY BOILER SYSTEM AND RADIATORS THAT NO ONE ELSE DID.
