Fast, efficient and great service. I called and spoke to Pete the owner who said he would be able to come out that day to assess and provide me an estimate. Estimate was emailed to me as I was out of town on a business trip. The following day, I called back and verbally authorized the service and asked a few outstanding questions. When I returned home from my business trip, the work was completed and it looked great! Definitely will recommend Perma-Lift to friends/family in the future.

Very pleased with the results. Fast and fair appraisal and the job was scheduled within a few days. The workers came on time and did a great job. They even did a 2 additional slabs for me that were not that bad but I am pleased that they did. The crew was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. I had 3 other quotes and Perma-lift was by far the best price by several hundred dollars. One company that I contacted was going to take over a month just to come out to give me a quote. I highly recommend Perma-Lift and would definitely use them again.

It was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and they explained what exactly our options were and what would happen if we didn't take care of it. They were the best ones and they spent the time talking to us and explaining.

Leveling looks good. Pete was very professional and responsive.

I received a quote within 2 days. Price was very good even though it was a small job. They scheduled it within a week with some other work their company was doing in the area. Seemed like a very reasonable approach to satisfy both my needs and the company. Looks great. I would highly recommend them

The Perma-Lift manager came out an gave me a very fair price quote. He showed up when he said. They scheduled the service quickly. The workers showed up as promised and did a great job. They left their work area very clean. I would definitely recommend them for their friendliness, promptness and fairness.

The work started, but unfortunately, Perma Lift ran into difficulties. Once they started pumping mud under the living room floor, the bathroom ductwork started to fill up. Work was discontinued. There were no blueprints to verify the ductwork layout. Perma Lift thought it a possibility that the ductwork maybe throughout the house; not just the perimeter of the house. Perma Lift charged me only time and material.

Pete came out and provided an estimate for all the work. He cautioned me to not expect too much difference in the way the water drained, but agreed that certain slabs should be raised. The day he came out, he walked me through exactly what they intended to do, and even suggested some additional pads that would benefit from being adjusted. All told, he probably adjusted 10-15 pads. He and his crew were professional, and did exactly what they claimed they would do. I am also happy to report that water no longer pools in the low spot in my front walk, and it is almost amazing to see the walk way on the side completely tilt from towards the foundation to away. There was absolutely no damage to any of my landscaping, and they cleaned up all the excess mud before leaving. All in all, an excellent experience!

We are very pleased with the work done, would recommend this type of service verses replacement.

They were great about getting back to me and showing up for the estimate. He was very thorough and explained everything they were going to do and the price it would be. The work was done when it was scheduled and the results were great. The sidewalk was leveled, and it looked like no one was ever there. Nice job!

The company was punctual in giving an estimate and when hired, did the work as soon as the weather permitted. They bored holes in the concrete and put material under the blocks until they were leveled. They then filled the holes with cement so that the holes were barely distinguishable. Unasked, they also filled a small hole in the tuck pointing in my front steps, an extra which was greatly appreciated. I had used this company in prior years and since they did a great job at that time, I had no hesitation in hiring them again.

Great experience. Perma-Lift was suggested to us by another company that didn't do work in our section of Summit County. Pete's estimate was timely and he gave us a very good quoted price....The walkway looks really good.

I got three bids They were the most reasonable. They showed up in a timely manner. They were polite and great. The work they did looks terrific. I have recommended them to a friend.

It went very well. The price was minimal. We had to do have them come back out and they did so at no cost.

It went great. The only thing I would rate a bit low would be the returning of phone calls. They were, however, very good at communication what they were going to do and our options. Their prices were very reasonable as well.
