Description of Work: Pella Windows were purchased at Lowes and installed by a private contractor recommended by Lowes. We were very pleased with the entire process from purchase to installation. Installers had a couple of hic-ups with the finished product. However, they returned as promised to finish the job to our satisfaction. The installers were very polite and cleaned the construction mess completely.

Description of Work: Purchased front door directly from Pella and they installed the door. Initially purchased a front door from Lowe's but their installer could not install the door professionally so we returned door and purchased from Pella. Service, quality and installation was excellent but about 60% more expensive than Lowe's. You get what you pay for.

Description of Work: We had Geno and his team (from the Canton office on Everhard Ave) replace our very old Pella windows with new. They did a fantastic job and although it was quite pricey the windows have made a huge difference in the warmth of our home this winter. We feel it was well worth the investment and Geno and his team were the best!

Description of Work: Pella replaced a few windows and doors for us in the Fall of 2015. Love the Pella product and the installation team was amazing and prompt. One window was ordered incorrectly, and the Sliding door was also ordered incorrectly. There was a little bit of work I had to do to get the items corrected. In the end, I received what I ordered. Overall happy and will use Pella again. I was surprised at the legwork I had to go through to get the mistakes corrected by Pella. I do understand that mistakes happen, and wrong sizes are ordered.

Description of Work: Full window replacement. The Arch series wood windows are nice and working well as promised and advertised. The other local companies that get involved for the installation did a great job and addressed very minor problems very quickly.

Description of Work: Installed replacement windows and a patio sliding door. They were clear about all details. They showed up when they said they would; they cleaned up after themselves, though work was done in the winter, there was remarkably little cold air coming into the house while they work. Everyone we dealt with and let into the house was courteous and clearly identified as a Pella person. They worked quickly.
