The representative was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Spent a long time explaining the process and the products he would be using. I decided to go with another company who I had a referral for and whose work I had seen.

They provided an estimate for a new roof, including tear off and dimensional shingles. The representative was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. The estimate was higher than others I had gotten, so I decided to use another roofer who I had a positive referral for and whose work I had seen.

A representative came to take measurements on windows. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of his product. He did not provide the estimate at the time since he had to get additional information. He did call later with an estimate, but I decided to go with another company.

After being very happy with the installation of our new furnace and A/C system a couple years ago, my wife and I decided to purchase a 4 yr service contract with the Home Corporation to perform the yearly maintenance on the two systems. It was a better value than paying for individual appointments, and since we were so happy with the work they already performed, it seemed like a good deal. For the most part I've been happy with the service, but have been disappointed with the punctuality. Sometimes we receive post card reminders to set up the next appointment, sometimes we receive nothing. Most of the time their scheduling is flexible and they are on time. But this last appointment the service technician was an hour late. The work has always been good, and the service always courteous, but we have been a little disappointed overall with this maintenance contract. Perhaps it is only because our expectations were so high after the great initial installation.

The gentleman that came really understands his business and he was really nice. He answered all my questions. Right before he came, a guy in the office called me and said he was going to be on his way shortly, so I knew to be on the lookout for him. They are very good and very responsive. They are extremely good to deal with and very fair and accommodating.

I wanted to maintain the look of my 1922 Sears Kit house as closely as possible and reduce my maintenance costs. The Home corporation sent out a team of workers who were courteous and knowledgeable. Herb Schoen took the time to research the products available and found products from two companies that when combined accomplished what I wanted. His workers took the time to individually wrap in aluminum sheeting all of my exposed rafters. They used three lap siding on the lower half of the house and vinyl shake siding on the upper half of the house. They covered the ceilings of the porches and the underside of the window seat overhang with white vinyl. They were responsive and complete in their answers to any of my concerns. Their workers worked well with my neighbors so that their intrusion onto the neighbor's property was minimal. I am totally happy with the time they took to do this job right!

Siding was installed using short pieces on front so it looks "patchy" although long were used on back. Cleanup was poor, including leaving cigarette butts all over yard, nails & insulation everywhere; insulation & nails in neighbor's driveway which we (senior citizens) had to clean up. Eagles over front peak and garage disappeared, as did guards over gutter drain openings. Messed up electrical wires attached to house so CEI had to come to rework them. Asked twice about subs & were assured by Herb that they did not use subs BUT gutters were installed by subs. Installed incorrect shutters which they had to come back and replace. Contract included "installation of new fixtures to replace old" but they refused to attached new "stoop" uprights (although they had removed old ones). Gutter installers broke clay tile at base of downspouts, never mentioned it & filled in with sloppy concrete job. The promised "WOW" factor is non-existent.

Excellent! The house looks beautiful, like a new house. Very pleased with their work. Very polite crew, cleaned up after themselves.

The Home Corporation installed beautiful premium vinyl siding and trim on my 94 year old home. The underlayment was a quality foam product that allows the house to breath, offers a degree of insulation, and adds sturdiness to the siding. Their product selection contained a variety of appealing colors and they offered a special vinyl siding that imitates the look of cedar shake shingles. The house looks beautiful and I'll never have to paint again.

The Home Corporation gave me an excellent price on an efficient forced-air Trane brand furnace. The removal of the old furnace, installation of the new furnace, and clean up took about two days. Doug Seebeck is knowledgeable, understanding, and his price was reasonable when compared to previous estimates.

Very prompt and friendly. Went about his work very professionally. Set up appointment for furnace while still at my house, and got the time that was convenient for me.

It was wonderful. The sales person Doug is phenomenal. Their two installers Charly and Dan are just totally professional. They went beyond doing a great job. Three frames were cracked and the windows did not go out. They were made too tight. They could have let it go at that. I wouldn't have noticed till next year. They called it to my attention, and called the manufactures for the window. They came back and reinstalled the windows for me. The fact they pointed it out was great. They know what they are doing.

They were very nice and knowledgeable. I was so thrilled that they found a way to get me the help I needed. A part broke, and they replaced it for free. They were very honest about it. I was very impressed. The price was extremely reasonable. They went above and beyond. I would nominate them for the Page of Happiness.

Representative was easy to work with. Excellent presentation of materials. Price was higher than some others, but quality of work we saw at other sites was of high quality. Company would not do storm windows, only replacement windows. This was one of the reasons we went with another company.

Home Corp is a delight to work with. Saul Weinberg doesn't just sell, he services his clients. He and Brian Green, a contractor, understand the physics of heating/cooling and can explain it so that one can make an informed decision. Our leaky, drafty house is now comfortable and without drafts. Brian and the insulation crew are perfectionists and take great pride in their work. Debris was cleaned up. They moved our belongings as needed, and they were cheerful about it. That's a rarity in my experience. They (Saul and Brian) returned all phone calls promptly.

Herb is pleasant to do business with. Scheduling took a while because of weather and other jobs. Installers were polite and professional. Sales rep came to discuss installation details since first time with this particular product. Installers paid attention to details. Worked with/around homeowner on door sill repair. Clean up could have been a bit more thorough.

Herb returned my phone calls promptly, and provided a great deal of information regarding this type of product and replacement options. He was honest about what types of products Home Corp did and did not offer, and we wound up using a product they did not offer, so we hired a different company. I appreciated his honesty, prompt contact, and courtesy. I would hire them for other projects.

DOUG, THE SALESMAN, PROVIDED A THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF THE PRODUCTS AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. CHARLIE AND DANNY CAREFULLY AND SKILLFULLY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS.

COMPARING THEM TO ALL MY OTHER ESTIMATES, THEY WERE VERY GOOD, NOT PUSHY. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT.

Fast, friendly, efficient, highly recommend.

I had them scheduled to check our home for heat loss & to check out our furnace. They forgot when the appointment was, so we cancelled & will use someone else.

CHARLES WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. HE CALLED AHEAD ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE COMPANY ALSO WAS ACCOMMODATING, WITH EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TO GET TO WORK.

NOT AS GOOD AS WE HAD HOPED. THE SIDING LOOKS GREAT. THE ROOF IS OK. THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS GETTING SOME DETAILS FINISHED UP THE WAY WE WANTED THEM EVEN THOUGH WE SPECIFIED UP FRONT OUR CONCERNS. THEY CAME OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES TO FOLLOW UP AND DID NOT DO THE BEST JOB, I ENDED UP FINISHING SOME CAULKING AND DETAILS MYSELF.

ROOFING MATERIAL DELIVERED ON DATE PROMISED & ROOF INSTALLED ON DAY & DATE PROMISED. WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL & POLITE. CLEANED DEBRIS. OWNER APPEARED AT SITE WHILE WORK WAS BEING PERFORMED.
