Description of Work: They poured a slab for a car port for us. It went fine. When we needed more cement work done, we got an estimate again, but found someone else who seems very knowledgeable for a lower price. Haven't had that work done yet to compare, but Dan Guardo was fine for the work he did for us.

Description of Work: Dan Guardo resided my 2 story home with James Hardie Hardie Plank siding. They removed the existing wood siding. 2) wrapped the house in house wrap. and 3) applied the Hardie Plank concrete siding and trim. And then added shutters. The work was professional and the craftsmanship was first class. The crew was professional and polite, They arrived every day on time, even Saturdays, kept a clean job site. Quoted price is what I paid, Plus a few add-on that I requested. Took a little longer than planned, but most of the delay was related to bad weather. I recommend Dan Guardo and will be using his company this spring on another project.
