John was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment for this project. He is easy to work with and thoroughly professional. I especially appreciate that he does all work himself from start to finish. No subcontracting. He approaches his work not just as a job. There is artistic concern. It doesn't get any better than that! His charge for his service is reasonable. His work is superb. He left the bathroom clean. No debris - no dust. I would recommend him to anyone.

Glue had been left on the tiles, grout was absent in some places and neglected in others. There is an existing film on the tiles. I had photos to prove this. I tried to meet with John to to review the work he had done. He called me a xxxing chum bag. I called him three times to try and work it out, he was very angry. I have also contacted Home Advisor to rectify this and put me on hold for 15 minutes. Not a good morning so far.

JMC Stone Masters was a pleasure to work with. The owner was polite and his service was superb. He was on time and his workmenship was excellent. I would tell my friends and family if anyone needed a stone man, he's your guy!!
