My experience wasnot very good. They were very nice at first, but it took a month to receive the carpet. I called 2 weeks after I paid saying I didn?t get the carpet and they didn?t even realize I didn?t receive it yet. I called them again and they said it was on backorder and they thought they told me it was but they never did. I never received a call from them and I always had to call them. My credit card was charged immediately but it took over a month to get the carpet. The installation was also not up to par. I specifically requested that I wanted someone from their company to do the installation, but they sent another company that they had been using for a while. They rolled the carpet out in the street first and then brought it in the home. There was nothing wrong with the carpet and it was clean, but I definitely didn?t want it rolled outside. I had specifically told them before I purchased the carpet that I did not want this done, but it still was.
