Description of Work: He came and looked at the tenants apartment, which is part of my house, my furnace and house ducts, and when he was upstairs with my tenant, he offered to pay. He quoted my tenant $1,100 and had him sign a contract. My tenant wrote to me saying that "it's rather shocking that he quoted you one thing ($259) and quoted me another." ($1,100) And Patrick (service provider) came here based on the Big Deal I purchased through Angie's List for my appointment. It seems to me that he is taking advantage of my tenant on the bases that he said he would pay for the service, even though he came out for the deal that I had purchased. So that means he would be paid twice! Once for the deal and once from my tenant. For the same furnace and duct work. This trick is not honest!

+ -1 moreI highly recommend Patrick and Lite Air Care. Even though Patrick didn't supply me with a lot of references, his reasonable price combined with the Life Air Care website and my conversation with him convinced me to give him a try. He sounded sincere and gave good answers to my probing questions. I was not disappointed. He came on time with one worker and together they professionally and respectfully cleaned all of my air ducts, the vent covers and even the heater; everywhere where there was any kind of dust or dirt. They worked clean and as far as I could tell, did a spectacular job. He did encourage me to purchase an "extra" which was to seal with a special caulk all of the exposed drywall enclosing the duct vents. I went for it only because his price was so reasonable that I wanrted to give him the extra income. The two of them worked continuously for around five hours and explained things at every opportunity. I will definitely hire Patrick again.
