From my first voicemail to him, I got a response within 15 minutes. Nice guy, very professional and responsive. He was able to accommodate my limited, specific schedule (I was only available for ONE day in the upcoming week). He showed up on time, executed competently and cleanly and billed me very fairly for the work. I would hire again for sure and would recommend with confidence.

We couldn't be happier with Arrow Electric. The quality, professionalism, and cost were all top notch. He always came exactly when he said, was extremely responsive, and there was full transparency for costs and they never exceeded the discussed amount. We previously used a different electrician when we renovated the second floor of our home, and the difference was night and day. We highly recommend Mike and will be calling him again for all of our future electrical needs.

It went as smoothly as these things can go. There were some annoying complications with the metal roof and with installing cables to support the mast (riser). Mike worked carefully on these issues, showing a nice level of concern for my worries about the roof. He's a good communicator and he worked very well with the electric company, and as a result they did extra work on our supply pole and on a clearing limbs on our property (stuff that they really didn't have to do). The final price was not bargain basement, and it should not have been. It was a fair price for a job done very professionally.

Arrow did exactly what they said they would do. Was very responsive and took care of the issue. Very professional and I recommend using Arrow for any of your electical needs.

Mike went above and beyond to get the job completed in a tight time frame for me. I try not to have such tight time frames, this one happened and now we are ready to roll.

Michael is the kind of contractor that everyone hopes to work with. He's organized, on time, friendly but professional, does a fantastic job and is a straight-talker so you know what he's talking about, what your options are and how much you expect to spend up front instead of after the fact. We've had some issues come up along the way and he's gone out of his way to make sure we were safe, even when he wasn't getting paid.

Mike is punctual, does good, clean work, and offers fair prices for work performed. He lets you know exactly what he's going to do, and does it just as communicated. I'm planning on using Mike for the electrical work on a kitchen remodel and for other electrical upgrades in my house. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike for those looking to do electrical work in their homes.

I called Arrow Electric because I was having problems with my bathroom fan and I have a friend that used Arrow Electric and recommended them. Mike answered right away and was available to come to my house the next day. He worked quickly and efficiently to fix my problem while giving me a fair price. I was so impressed by him, I had him back to install a ceiling fan, closet lights, and to clean up wires in my room. The second experience went just as well. I told him what I was looking for and he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. His work was clean, thorough, and exactly what I wanted.
