Description of Work: Pleasant and informative... on time and called ahead. |Thoroughly cleaned and performed a multipoint check up on the furnace while I watched. |No repairs needed. |Only glitch was that a replacement humidifier grill was recommended though the one in the humidifier had actually just been replaced by myself.

Description of Work: I purchased a 'big deal' for $69 for a furnace cleaning by BP Heating and Cooling. I was contacted quickly to schedule the cleaning and was given several options to choose from. The arrival time was estimated between noon and 4:00. I phoned that afternoon to get a better estimate on the arrival time and was told sometime after 2:00. Tech called at approximately 4:00 to let me know he was running behind. Once he arrived, went right to work, cleaning and checking the furnace and reported that a capacitor needed to be replaced. (I expected that some issue would be identified because the furnace had not been serviced in several years) I agreed to have the capacitor replaced for $120. Finished up that work very quickly and was on his way by about 5:00.

Description of Work: Michael called to let me know he would be at my house within 40 minutes, and showed up on time. He was pleasant, courteous, thorough and helpful answering my questions. I will have him come back next year to inspect my furnace before the winter season.

Description of Work: During a heatwave, my AC stopped working. I called Michael and he was there within the hour! |He was personable, and very informative. He fixed the problem promptly at a very reasonable price. |I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: They were late arriving and I was not home when they arrived. My cleaning lady was there while they performed the service.

Description of Work: He evaluated the air conditioning unit and cleaned it - he even showed me how to clean it. Said I need a repair that could wait until next year. He called before he came and he worked quickly. Even covered his shoes when he came into the house. I will definitely call again for service.

Description of Work: Thorough inspection and cleaning of the gas furnace that included check of flu draw/temperature. He recommended that a solenoid should be replaced in the next year or two, so have it checked in future maintenance routines. He also noticed a small pinhole near the ignitor, so need to monitor this in future maintenance checks. Excellent professional service.
