Meenan

I’ve had Meenan as our oil company for over 40 years. Their staff is always pleasant and tend to my needs ASAP. I even had a repairman here one Thanksgiving because we had no heat. I would highly recommend them.

For many years ( before we switched to Meehan) we had frequent issues with our system, and with the oil that was delivered to us by other companies. I did finally try Meehan in October of 2009. We have remained satisfied and in contract for oil and service since then! Although we don’t have as many issues with the system any more, we have responsive, reliable, capable service whenever needed.

We called as an emergency for a leaking pipe Meenan was here quickly and found multiple spots leaking. They showed us each area so we could see what was going on. The service guy stayed to make sure everything was repaired and that there were no more problems. Will definitely call Meenan again for both our plumbing and heating needs.

Meenan was at our house in 30 minutes and took complete control of the situation. We were cleaned up and back to normal within 4 hours. We highly recommend them.

So far they have been pretty good. They stay on top of filling the tank.

Everything was installed in record time, even though a snow storm had come the day before installation.

The dispatcher was caring and handled my concerns promptly. The work was completed in a timely manner. The repairman was both professional and knowledgeable. He he made sure my concerns were all addressed. When the work was completed he cleaned the area thoroughly. I would highly recommend Meenan for future jobs.

i called Meenan to schedule an appointment to have my Air Condition serviced for the summer. When Meenan service man rang my doorbell, he immediately introduced himself as Joe from Meenan. Joe as courteous and polite. i told him that i have not done this in the past, my husband usually takes care of all the maintenance in the house. He understood and answered all my questions and showed me how to do certain this (replace the A/C filter). which he did and cleaned the grill. i would highly recommend Joe -

I did not renew with them for my heating oil and service, as we could not negotiate a favorable deal, when compared to their competitors. After the contract was over customer loyalty staff contacted me to try to guilt me that I was switching to another company for an artificial new customer price that would save me $350. I was told that there would be consequences?

They did great and did a fantastic service.
