They were extremely professional and took the time address any questions that I had throughout the project. Once the project was completed the punch list was handled quickly and without any issues. I highly recommend them and would use them again without question.

We loved working with Brothers Aluminum Corp! From start to finish the Brothers' crew could not have been more professional or accommodating! They arrived promptly every day at 8am and didn't stop until 5pm. They were here, without fail, until the job was finished. They returned, without question, to complete a few items needing attention. Gino, a terrific carpenter with Brothers, installed a French Door that looks wonderful and his men were fantastic! The masons did a beautiful job of installing stone work to the front of our home too! Working with Ted and his crews (siding, gutter, carpentry, and masonry) was a wonderful experience -- their professional work makes our home look brand new and our neighbors' homes looking old and tired. we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home's appearance! I just want to write this review because I couldn't be more happy with brothers. We had seven windows and a front door installed, siding and stone around the doorway. We dealt with Mike, the owner and he explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. While the work was being done he always responded to my phone calls and texts promptly. All of the workers were friendly and arrived on time every morning. I do want to give special thanks to the siding guy, Feti. This guy would stay until seven, 8 o'clock at night. He would answer all of my questions even if it didn't have to do with the siding. He was neat and you can tell he takes his job seriously and is a perfectionist. We have gotten so many compliments on our house and people asking for the phone number to the company we used. We would highly recommend brothers to anyone and plan on using them for future projects down the road

Teddy and his employees helped me a lot on my new house i purchased not long ago. I needed to do siding, windows & gutters. They were really professional with their work. I left message to Teddy, within mins he respond back to me quick. They are very reliable company and the people are awesome!!! My next project is my patio for next summer. I'm definitely call them back and fix up my backyard. A plus for them!!! Now i can called my house (Home Sweet Home)... Thanks million Teddy!

They end up not doing the job because they said they couldn't do it. They came in to do the job because actually they were contractors some like that. They came in to do the job and they decided that they didn't have the proper equipment, they couldn't do the job. Next time when they take on a job at least be sure you can actually do it before you take it. I had to kind of call them for him to tell me that he couldn't do the job

They did the whole outside siding, they were really nice and a pleasure to work with.

Elias was great. He came by to do the estimate even though I was held up at work and unable to meet him. He has followed up with me even though I was less than responsive. At all times Elias an the other people I spoke with were very professional. My specific questions about materials were answered in detail. I have not yet booked Brother's Aluminum for any work, but the estimate process was fantastic and I do look forward to working with them.

My wife and I were extremely happy with this entire experience. In our first meeting with our salesman Ted we were able to close a deal on pricing and key components of services to be provided. Brothers Aluminum came with a very strong recommendation for service from our neighbor across the street who had been using this company for siding and repairs over the past 10 years. Ted hit our target on pricing and lived up to commitments on installation timing and work to be performed. He provided recommendations for siding, backing and color scheme to be used which we agreed to move forward with. The work crew headed up by Marvin were at our house on time every morning and were very professional and courteous with all interactions with our family. They even worked through some rain on a day or two while on premises. It was clear from the start that this crew took much pride in their work and were extremely meticulous in the installation of the siding. Once job was done they then installed all new lighting fixtures and ensured the property was entirely cleaned of all debris from the work performed. Our home now looks brand new! Our neighbors were right.....the team did an awesome job and we could not be any happier with the outcome. Thanks again for a job well done. Feel free to use us as a reference with any potential new clients in the future.

I called for an estimate for an extensive renovation. When the appointment was made i specifically requested a call earlier in the day for confirmation the appointment was still on as i had to make arrangements for my child and a Call was never received I confirmed myself for the agreed upon time and was told the appointment was still on. I waited a half hour with no call and when I called the office the person was apologetic but it was not a great impression. I received a text from the sales rep 3 hours later stating they needed to reschedule i decided to go in another direction as the responsiveness and communication from the start did not leave me with a good feeling as to how the project would go

Our house had been neglected by the previous owner over the years. It was extremely dated/rundown and air leaks that gave us chills in the winter. Elias was great from the very first meeting and helped us along each step of the way, offering his advice and assistance where needed. In the end, the house now looks quite stunning and they have solved all the issues we had. We are pretty satisfied. Brothers Aluminum (and Elias in particular) were punctual, attentive and professional throughout this endeavor. We are happy to recommend them.

In the beginning we dealt with Mike. He was very professional and not pushy at all. We told him what we wanted and he gave us some ideas. He was a gentleman at all times. The workers always arrived on time and only stopped for lunch. The job was completed in 3 days. The first day Mike's crew came and did the siding and roof. Gus was the foreman and was great. There must have been 15 guys here. They had to remove bond stone on the lower area in the front that had been there for over 50 years. They accomplished this rather quickly. They did a beautiful job. The next day Antonio came to do the stoop and the wall around my garden. I never realized the amount of work involved, but they finished in one day. Another beautiful job! All in all, the men were hard workers and knew what they were doing. At the end of the day, you never knew they were there. They cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. The price was right, but more than that, they addressed every concern I had without catching an attitude.

Brothers Aluminum was my 5th and final quote when I redid my roof 4/19. After speaking with Mike I realized how much more detailed he was in not only explaining the process and products being used but the actual quote. The others left so many details out about what exactly they'll be using (name brands), how many nails per shingle, etc., not Mike, he laid it out precisely. He has been extremely responsive through text messages and calls (usually within a minute) whenever I had a question or concern. The tipping point of going with him was the GAF Master Pledge, this was important because as much as I got to trust them I am not a contractor by any means and they could have easily cut corners without me knowing. With the Golden Pledge someone from GAF comes to your house to inspect it to ensure it was done right, an unbiased professional. Please do your own research on GAF's website to understand why this is so important especially when it comes to warranties (because it is). The crew did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. I'll be calling them in the future when it's time to redo the siding.

Dealt with Alias from day one. Professional on every level. Extremely responsive regardless of hours and punctual. the quote was seamless and non Gimmicky in any way. Alias didn't mind coming back to my house several times before I even committed to anything. I really didn't feel the need to get more quotes being related to the business I had an idea as to what a good bargain would be. Brothers Aluminum deals with Grade A material from GAF roofing to High quality Shake siding. The team was professional on time and did a superb job on clean up. My entire roof including the build out was done in 8 Hours included replacement of several Ply wood boards. The Siding team head by Mike was ever better. On time extremely professional and detailed. Our House has transformed to what we had imagined and hoped for. Will definitely use them for future projects. These guys should be industry standard. P.S. The owner of the company met with us and described the materials and job details very clearly. He was easy to talk to and gave us the best bang for our buck compared to two other well known big home construction companies. The workers were polite, careful with their work and did the very best job we could hope for. The stone work and porch addition was subcontracted out and those workers were also exceptional. There were two issues we had after the job was done regarding a smudge like stain and a ripppling effect of the corner vertical piece either due to too tight of a fit over horizontal siding or a siding defect. Either way, the company promptly dealt with the issues and corrected them. My only negative feedback is that I did feel like I needed to keep tabs on the job progress and communicate with workers and office staff when a concern came up and to get the "punch list" items finished.

From the date that Teddy first came to the house they were professional, responsive and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. They were recommended by my brother who also had an excellent experience. Teddy was always there when we needed something. The crews he sent would clean up their work every day and they were meticulous in their work. We would highly recommend them to do anything you need around the house.

This is the third time we used Brother's Aluminum (the first time was in 2010 for a new roof and new siding; the second time was last summer to renovate the bathroom; and the last was the recent kitchen renovations). Each time they were outstanding and the jobs look great. I always get estimates from three contractors and, all things being equal, use the one who gives the lowest estimate. Brother's Aluminum gave us the lowest estimate each time and, for the kitchen, actually finished the job about $2,000 less than the estimate. Probably the single most outstanding thing was that they came exactly when they said they would be there, kept us posed constantly about the jobs' progress and finished right on schedule.

The company was very responsive to emails and telephone calls. The sale rep Alexis was very courteous and professional. There was no sales pressure - down payment was only 10% of cost. The start date, they were on time. clean up was excellent - no damage occur. And the workmanship was excellent. I am surprised they are not rated higher on your list. The highly rated contractors on your list was not in their class. Why are these people in the forefront when they are not the best?

I can't say enough good things about Brothers Aluminum. Elias and his crew were great. We had a pretty decent sized project and received quotes from several places. Elias didn't just give us a quote. He shared some great ideas that we ultimately incorporated into the project which we were thrilled with, such as putting in a paver patio (which we hadn't considered) instead of a deck. The end result was a beautiful back yard and lots of space which would have been lost if we had gone with a deck. His crew was professional and on time. I had never done a project on this scale before but had heard some horror stories. Brothers Aluminum dispelled any the negative contractor stereotypes. The price they quoted is the price we paid. I felt we were a priority 100% of the time. At times I was probably emailing Elias 3 to 4 times a day with various questions. I was probably not the most annoying customer he's ever had but I also wasn't the most hands off. Nevertheless, he always responded quickly and was always helpful. Their responsiveness was very important to us. At the end of the day the work they did was top notch. Our house looks amazing. I've had strangers approach me while walking my dog just to tell how wonderful the house looks. In the next few years we will likely redo our kitchen. When that day comes we will definitely be calling Brothers.

I've utilized other home improvement companies in the past for my homes but none compare to Brothers Aluminum Home Improvement. Their professionalism and attention to details resulted in a beautiful transformation of my home in less than 10 days.

Job came out very nice and within time frame requested. The contracted masonry crew was very professional and accomodating. They asked questions and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. My only suggestion is to know ahead of time exactly what you want so you can give specific instructions. The masonry team will accomodate whatever design shape that you want but their preference may not be the same as yours. All in all the project came out excellent. Drive around and look at other houses to get an idea of design. Also visited the local masonsry supply company where materials were purchased by Brothers and found them helpful in picking the exact colors, shape, etc. that we eventually choose. I chose Brothers because they have been a fixture in my neighboorhood for many many years and have sided and replaced windows in my home over the last 25 years. I do not think they are the cheapest nor most expensive but after pricing out the materials on my own found their price to be fair. Every one is entitled to make money so a fair price is usually the best for the homeowner and contractor alike.
