Excellent on all levels...expertise, job knowledge, communication, staying on budget, and on time. Listened to what I wanted. They will absolutely do what you want them to do. But it is worth listening to them when they make suggestions. Their input on my projects made my results even better. I am beyond thrilled with the work they have done. My home is an older construction. There were lots of concerns to work around. Now it looks like a new home. If you didn't know what it was like before, you would never be able to guess.

We were excited to find Rick and his crew, they were friendly and seemed confident and knowledgeable about being able to make our dream bathroom come true. However, that was not to be. Long story - after the entire bathroom was finished, and after telling us numerous times, when we showed them errors and inconsistencies, to wait until the entire job was completed, they had to rip everything out and start from scratch! Rick acknowledged that one of his workers was frustrated and got sloppy when he was tiling the shower. We were beyond disappointed with the work, even though the core crew was so nice. Unfortunately, cannot recommend it, which is too bad because Rick bid on another project another bathroom redo, which of course we had someone else do. In addition, Ricks crew retiled an entry floor for us. He ended up hiring out to do this because there were so many challenges with the bathroom. The tiler was efficient and good, however, ran out of tiles before he was finished. Rick measured the floor and told us how much to order, which we did. Rick asked me if the tiler wasted tile! The result was fine, however, that little blip did not sit well, especially with the trouble with their redoing our bathroom. Cannot recommend it.

They do an amazing job once finished Getting there was sometimes a little rocky...one day nobody showed up. I came home another day and they had tiled the whole bathtub without the border, without grouting yet. When I asked where is the border, they said where do you want it. I caulk it up to lack of communication between workers and supervisor

Hire them! I cannot say enough good things about LRG. 3 weeks for a kitchen renovation. Amazing craftsman ship. Rick was honest and stayed within my budget. The crew was quiet, polite and clean. There was always an open line of communication. I look forward to working with LRG on all my future home enhancements.

Rick was very professional and friendly. He offered great recommendations and was transparent about what needs to be fixed vs what was just for aesthetics.

Professional, excellent work.

We had a fairly large project with LRG where we renovated three bathrooms and a few other small items around our townhome. Overall they did a great job. Rick was very communicative and honest from start to finish. The crew was nice and trustworthy to have in our home. We had a few hiccups and some more attention to detail could have been made during the process but overall, very happy with the outcome and will hire them again for future projects.

Rick and the LRG team were excellent. From the beginning, they gave clear quotes and great advice. The work was completed in a timely manner and with exceptional craftsmanship. Thank you for our new bathroom and closet. Love it!

I hired Rick and his team to move my washer and dryer and transform the laundry area into something that could function as a wet bar in my basement. Communication was not great from the beginning. But they did fantastic work and my area looks amazing. They also redid some tile in a bathroom. The installer cracked the glass tile when putting the shower rod in. Said he would come back to fix it did not hear from him again. The plumbing in the sink in the basement was left undone. When attempting to contact them I did not receive a response and they did not return to complete the work. I had to hire someone else to hook up the plumbing. I had to install some cabinet parts myself and had to clean up the materials and items left behind. The quality of work was good but the lack of communication and the lack of follow-through would prevent me from recommending this contractor.

I am more than happy with my newly remodeled kitchen. Starting with my interaction with Rick, through the process with Chris and the others on the construction team, it was a pleasure. They handled last minute changes which needed to be made, kept me informed about what they were doing, and why. The work was painstakingly done-no shortcuts. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

We hired LRG to turn our creepy basement into something a bit more functional which they more than accomplished. We’re particularly pleased with the replacement stairs and windows. Rick was very responsive to our questions and concerns and Chris did a fantastic job of keeping us apprised of the build progress as well as making sure they understood our needs and preferences. From start to finish Rick Gressett of LRG was a pleasure to work with and his team did a fantastic job on the bathroom. He kept in touch. He came when he said he would. When asked, he offered sound and helpful advice, including some ideas that made our bathroom extra nice. He and his company are a model of what one would want for true improvement of a home.

Very honest

We worked with Rick and his team on a remodel of a 25x25 room in our home to turn it into a master bedroom suite. Rick kept the project on time and was always available for any questions. Best of all the project was kept on budget. His team worked consistently each day and never failed to show up. Their craftsmanship was superb! Highly recommend Rick and his team. After they completed our master bedroom suite we hired them for two additional projects in our home.

They did a fantastic job cleaning after work was done.
