+ -1 moreDEALING WITH LOWE'S IS HORRIBLE. BASICALLY THEY NEVER CALLED AND NEVER CONTACTED ME. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ON TIME. I HAD TO BASICALLY DO ALL THE CALLING MYSELF. THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND THEY COULDN'T HELP. THEY SAID THE JOB WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS, IT SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN ONE, BUT IT TOOK THEM A WEEK. I WOULD USE SOMEONE WHO'S JOB IT IS TO DO THIS NEXT TIME. LOWE'S ONLY CARED ABOUT THE SALE THEN IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE THROUGH WITH ME.
Description of Work: THEY PUT DOWN CERAMIC TILE FLOORS IN THE HALLWAY.

+ -1 moreIT WAS VERY GOOD. FOR ONE THING, THE LOCK IS STILL THERE. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY PROMISED SOMEBODY WOULD COME WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME PERIOD AND THEY SHOWED UP. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEY CAME PREPARED. THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK. HE DIDN'T RUSH TO GET THE JOB DONE AND GET SOMEPLACE ELSE.
Description of Work: I HAD A NEW LOCK PUT ON MY FRONT DOOR AND I PURCHASED A NUMBER OF SETS OF KEYS. I ALSO PURCHASED SOME MASTER LOCKS TO PUT ON THE GATE IN THE BACK.
