Showed up outside the estimated arrival time but worked quickly & neatly. Already referred them to a neighbor who admired their work.

Called them to sealcoat driveway installed by another contractor, affatato, that was installed improperly. (Do not use affatao,btw. Lousy work, poor customer service etc) Quality answered call, was nice on phone and was able to schedule promptly, pretty much when I wanted and was conveinent to me. The original appoint was canceled due to rain/weather but they called, which many places wont and promptly rescheduled again. They arrived on time, the crew was helpful, neat and professional. They didnt rush job and did good work. The price was competitive. Work was done on or around aug 25th.

Quick response to my inquiry. Work scheduled within two weeks. Very professional, neat, quality job. Very good price. Very happy with the overall job and with the Angie's list recommendation. Will use again and recommend to others.

Terrible. They tore up the driveway and disappeared for weeks without answering any phone calls. finally they called and said the price would be $300 more because I should use new bricks for the walk instead of what I had which looked fine but I agreed. Again, no word from them until I complained to Angie's list, then Kevin Keenan showed up unannounced 2 days later and said bricks won't be as strong as stone and told me to pick some from the computer. After waiting so long I was afraid not to but what they put down looked nothing like what I printed out. Th chips in the stones left big holes and heels got caught more than once, luckily so far it was only the shoes that were damaged. During the winter the blocks which were not cemented or filled in between, lifted up and we had to reset them. When they finally did the driveway, it was almost winter and Steve said everything had to be done that day as the asphalt places were closing for the winter that week. That sounded strange as I saw plenty of roadwork since. Steve asked for a check for $5,000 which I gave him, with the promise he would send Kevin back to fix the walk and I would give him the rest. Our calls went unanswered and we didn't hear from them again until May. Our driveway is also a mess. it is completely pitted and the pockholes fill with water and parts are already starting to crack and pieces are disintegrating. Steve agreed to replace 20 blocks and fill with Polyneric sand which I gladly agreed tor $1250 and for the driveway another $1200 but that would only be for a coat of sealer. Sealing the driveway would do nothing for the looks or wear. The workers were careless and in their haste also buried my sprinklers and up rooted plants along the driveway leaving mounds of dirt and rocks on top of the grass. Steve scoffed at that too saying it was only landscaping. So far 3 people saw the walk and driveway and went to other companies on your list and had beautiful work done. I invite anyone looking to have work done on their walks or driveways to come look at mine in person or ask for photos for what Steve told me is "beautiful". I am thoroughly disgusted and at a loss. I put trust and money into this company and ended up with my property in ruin.

Job was perfect. The guys got here, we went over the job, they went and got the materials, and did exactly what I wanted done. They cleaned everything up, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Then, later in the day, the seal coat crew arrived, and did an outstanding job. The driveway looks great, and I'm very happy. I should note that I had submitted a negative review about a month ago due to a miscommunication with the office. That review should be superseded by this one.

I contacted him 3 times and was never able to get him out. The first time I called I didnt get through to anyone and was not contacted back. I called them a second time and they said they would contact me when they are in my area. I called them again after not being contacted and they said they would send a project manager out. He never came for the appointment. I ended up hiring a different guy.

They did an excellent job. The driveway looks like new. The cost was unbelievably reasonable. They called in advance to confirm their appointment. I would most definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job. Everyone was professional from the office staff to the workers. I would use them again in future.

After emailing with the details of the job that I wanted performed they provided an estimate shorty and we set an appointment for the initial work, which consisted in ripping off the old driveway and setting the foundation. Steve, who was supervising the work was there for all the essential steps and he worked along the crew. The foundation, which consisted of rocks and dirt and looked like leftovers had to be left alone for several days to settle, but the driveway could still be used. After one week or so we set the appointment for the asphalt layer, which was placed in a few hours. After a couple of days the driveway was ready for prime time. Not only that it looks great, but it's a pleasure to shovel the snow from it, being so smooth and nicely sloped. These guys are busy for a reason. Great job!

It was very good. They did a nice job.

They did the work, but none of the cracks were filled. We agreed to pay an additional amount for the material to fill the cracks. (which was the whole idea of getting this done). NONE of the cracks were filled and the guys completed the entire job in 30 minutes. Our driveway is big enough for at least 7 cars so it was a fairly big job. When we called the company they asked us to send pictures which we did. This was a week ago. We haven't heard anything back from them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor job and severe lack of professionalism in not calling back. If you do use them, do not pay them until the job is done satisfactorily.

I found this vendor on Angie's list and based on his ratings, began communicating. We communicated by email and I got a price which was acceptable (I have a driveway the length of an F150). He offered to complete the job on a Monday and we communicated on the Friday prior. I asked for a time frame and it was communicated that I would get a call that day as the crew completed their jobs. I received a call at 541pm that they were on their way and needed directions. They arrived by 605pm and the job was complete in 15 minutes. They cleaned the driveway off, had a piece of carpet to "step off" on as they made trips back and forth across the driveway so as to not get tar on my lawn or sidewalk. I questioned the temperature, having heard that sealants can only be applied in weather of 50 degrees or above. The gentleman told me it would be dry by morning and wait at least 2 days to drive on it. Driveway looks good. Now I just have to see how well it holds up. UPDATE: After several days of rain following the application of the sealant, the sealant washed away on the high spots, exposing the original driveway product. ADDITIONALLY, we noticed that the product splashed up on the garage door from the rain. Product is also splashed up on the decorative granite curb stone that aligns the driveway. This is a 2 year old house and driveway. I reached out to the company via Angie's list email. I was given a choice of 10/28 or 11/8 for re-application. I requested the 10/28 date, again through Angie's list email. I never heard anything and assumed that it was going to take place. By 10 am, no one showed up so I called. The email communication was denied. We were then questioned as to whether we paid for the service. We gave the check to the lead person on the crew. No receipt was given on the original application day. Once I called they stated that the crew was booked and that they could not come out until 11/3. I agreed to the date change but requested a morning application due to the availability of the sun and the ability of the driveway to dry. The company could not agree to the time of day stating that the CREW decides the schedule. My husband called back and spoke to the owner of the company who agreed to apply the sealant the following day in the morning. The crew arrived at 854am and the entire job was completed 9 minutes later. A 9 minute job took all this communication. So now the driveway is dry to the touch, and we are waiting the extra days to drive on it. We have noticed that the color of the driveway makes it look like an oil spill took place because the area that washed away initially is lighter than the remainder of the driveway which has two coats.

Employees came, quickly removed the nuts out of my driveway, moved items that would interfere with seal. They finished quickly, and gave me seal coat care instructions. They did a great job would use them again.

There were so many problems.The worker had a separate masonary crew coming in to install cobblestone borders. I had requested a certain height and they installed them at the wrong height. He had to have his crew come back in and redo it. I never spoke to owner until i had a problem and then I insisted he come over. He was standoffish but he had his crew redo the job.There were so many aspects that were done wrong. The walkway in my backyard should've been shoveled out by hand to maintain borders and alleviate extra work. I left my house to go to work so I was trusting their rating. The walk way was supposed to be 3ft wide but they dug the trench 6ft wide. They made a hole twice as big as they needed to and it casued unnecessary work. They had to bring dirt to fill in the gaps and that turned into mud. A swamp was formed in my backyard as a result from that mistake and I even had to replant grass. They also broke my sprinkler system. The masonary guys actually built the masonary wall on top of my sprinkler! I had specifically requested they stay away from them. It was awful. It was one thing after another and if I hadn't been watching most of the time, it would've been even worse. The level of quality and integrity was lacking.

the only problem I had with them was the time they got there for the job. I had to call them a few times and could not get a time frame. When they got there they did a real good job.

I was given an estimate of $1000.00. I gave them $500.00 at which time they threw down some rocks to bring the ground up to level. After a few months for the rocks to settle, I called them to finish the job of repaving. I had in my possession a written letter stating that "$500.00 was due upon completion." When i called to tell them it was time to do the second half of the job, i got no response. I called several times for several months. Finally, i spoke to the lady there wherein she told me the estimate was not any good and the job was to be of a larger area than quoted. There was no square footage on the estimate, and all it said was "$500 was due upon completion>" After many times of talking to the lady, they finally sent me a letter stating that the job was to cost $1900. to complete. Again, i called a few times until i could talk to the boss, Steve. He said the job was misquoted and they could not do it for $500. We both knew that if i took him to court, he would have to do it for $500 because that is what the letter said. This was not said directly, but was there in undertones. Court was mentioned once. We both wanted to be fair, so he offered to do the job for $1200.00 {plus my original $500 which was paid upfront} and would allow me to pay out the $700 balance if i paid him the $500. it was agreed, althrough i was not pleased. They finally came and did the final job in a matter of 1 to 11/2 hrs. I still feel he should have accepted his error, as i always had to in my retail store when something was mismarked.

Communication and coordination was easy...all by email. Had good reviews and local. Job came out nice. Price was reasonable.

My husband spoke to them the Thursday before and they made the appt. for yesterday. They came, discussed the plan of action and went to the task at hand. They were clean , professional and fast. Our driveway was pretty bad and they made it look decent. We are pleased with the work and would gladly refer them to others. They burned off the growth in the cracks and blew down the drive, then filled in the cracks the best they could. We knew it wasn't going to be perfect because we hadn't had it done it for awhile. But really, they did an excellent job with what they had. It looks clean and much better than before. The price was a little higher than others , however others were unreliable in calling back making appts.

A few weeks I received an estimate to seal the driveway . Last week I made an appointment to have the job done . They showed up promptly today and did a very neat professional job

My driveway totally sucks. It's long, has a curve in it and it's uphill. It was getting old and needed to be resurfaced, not sealcoating, but a three inch additional surface to cover the cracks, etc. Quality blacktop was great, did a beautiful job and their price was very fair.

Relied on positive reviews from Angie's List to choose vendor for driveway work. First they did the patchwork on driveway & then came back a few weeks later to seal-coat. Very responsive & did the work on days that were agreed upon. Glad I used Angie's List as a referral source. Well done Quality Blacktop Services!!!

Recently purchased a house with a an older blacktop driveway. I was looking to have some of the cracks filled and the driveway sealed. Called for an appointment and they sent a crew out the next day. Crew showed up on time and did a very professional job. They cleaned the entire driveway very thoroughly before starting to fill the cracks. Driveway looks easy 10 times better than it did before. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The price is right. They were neat, clean, and the job is all nice.
