Description of Work: "A service tech came to my house to look at central air unit that another company said was irreparable; I went without it for 2 years on a second floor unit! I saved & saved to have it fixed then called Adams to give me the estimate.. The tech did a thorough job! Said it was a minor fix $114.00! What I was first told by other company was $3-5000!! My air worked like a charm all summer. I am very grateful."

Description of Work: Our hot water tank was leaking. The technician from Adams Heating & Cooling replaced a corroded valve on the hot water tank. He explained why the tank was leaking and the steps he was going to take to fix it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed up on time. It is now several months later and everything is working as it should - without any problems.

Description of Work: Adams installed central air and a new furnace at my home. They were courteous and professional. However, within the first month we had three issues that needed to be repaired. I could understand one issue but by the third issue I was extremely frustrated and expressed my displeasure to their head of service. That said, since the third repair visit everything has been working fine. All of their service techs were polite and the third tech was particularly thorough. I would still recommend them to others.

The salesperson and technicians were extremely courteous and professional. We only had to wait 1 business day to get serviced. Since we had concerns about potential water damage from our old leaking water heater, the salesperson left his cell phone number with us and invited us to call even after business hours. He answered all our questions very clearly and was very knowledgeable. Prices were competitive. We were pleased with their responsiveness and the work done.

This was one company of three that quoted the work. The sales person arrived at the scheduled time. He spent about 45 min to 1 hour on location. He answered many questions and was the most knowledgeable of the three companies. They recommended two furnace/AC options. Price was competitive. The only reason this company was not chosen is cause the buyer preferred not to have a Rheem furnace (even though Rheem is highly rated).
Description of Work: They removed an existing furnace (1970 vintage forced Hot air) and hot water heater. They installed a new furnace, A/C, and hot water heater. They ran a new gas line for future gas fireplace. They ran wiring for an A/C unit.

We are very pleased, and impressed at the quality of workmanship and the integrity of the staff. When it comes time to buy a new furnace or air conditioner, we will be calling this company.
Description of Work: We called to see if our furnace needed to be replaced or if it was worth fixing. Mr. Raucci determined that there were issues with our furnace that had not been taken care of with the previous service company. He scheduled a technician to come out the next day. The technician methodically diagnosed the issues, and determined that all the furnace needed was a thorough cleaning. This company could have sold us a new furnace and air conditioner, but instead, displayed integrity in dealing with us.

IT WAS OUTSTANDING. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CONSIDERATE, IT TURN OUT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. THEY HAD TO MAKE SOME HOLES IN THE ROOF AND THE JOB WAS DONE NEATLY.
