Glen arrived a little before our appointment which was great for us. He and his assistant got right to work. Glen did a phenomenal job in making my bathroom look like new and the floors came out terrific. He is a true professional and makes sure that everything looks finished and clean-- making the bathroom look like new. I am giving him an A rating, but if Angies list had a higher rating A++, I would definitely give him that. I highly recommend The Grout Guy, Glen Angelora, to anyone who is looking to have their bathrooms or floors get a makeover.

Glenn arrived on time and started the job. He soon discovered that a half wall in the shower had rotted behind the tiles. Luckily we had spare tiles the builder had left behind. He removed the tile and sheetrock, which was not shower wall board, replaced with wall board and the tiles. Then regrouted the rest of the shower stall. Even added caulk to the tub base and all glass areas. Very clean job when all was done. Would hire again as well as recommend.

Glenn and his associate were very professional. They were clean and efficient. They completed all work within estimated time. Glenn walked me through all the work they completed which was immaculately done. My bathrooms look better now than when our house was brand new when we moved in 10 years ago.

Glenn not only completed fully all of the project that we had hired him to do but being such a profession of his craft, he repaired other areas of this room which he noted needed to be fixed. He worked steadily, efficiently and quickly. He did an outstanding job and we were very pleased with the end product. We feel that we could recommend him without any reservations.

We were really happy with his work and assistance. He was really helpful, and gave honest opinions.

He did a terrific job taking care of what needed to be done and also went the extra mile to repair things that he thought needed to be done without any extra charges. Purchased regrout deal on Angies list, Glenn called me half hour after purchase, set up appointment for week after. Came to house 9:00 in morning worked through till work was done. I had a few shower wall tiles that were lose and I felt water was probably leaking through, that is why I decided to regrout. I showed Glenn the tiles that were lose, he found about a dozen more that were lose, he removed all the lose tile and cleaned behind them and put them back in place. Glenn regrouted the whole shower and I was amazed, the shower looked brand new. I was going to spend a fortune and redo the bathroom, but I sure am glad I just decided to regrout. Glenn knew what he was doing and he explained the whole process. I highly recommend him and will be calling him for future work.

We purchased our house in August and found that the tiles and grout in the upstairs bathroom, that were supposed to be white, were all discolored with a red tinge, the tub in the downstairs bathroom needed re-sealing, and the shower, which was separate from the tub, in the downstairs bathroom needed to be completely re-sealed and was leaking. We received a few quotes from companies on Angie's List, including The Grout Guy. What I really liked about The Grout Guy is that Glen (also the owner) does the work himself. His price was a little higher than others, but I could sense that he knew what he was doing and took great pride in his work. I was not disappointed!! The red tinged tiles and grout in the upstairs bathroom actually came out white again. The bathroom sparkled! Glen did an amazing job of not only re-sealing the stall shower in the downstairs bathroom but removing the mildew that had built up. The silicone around the downstairs tub was even and smooth. While working on the upstairs bathroom, he noticed the sink needed silicone and the grouting around the floor edge needed to be evened out. He did these extras and did not charge any extra. As I said, he takes real pride in his work and his work was perfect! Thank you Glen.

Glenn did a great job. He's a pleasure to deal with and I plan on having him come back to do some color sealing.

From getting an estimate to completion of the job, the project went better than I could have ever expected. Glen, the owner operator, spent over four hours cleaning out old grout and regrouting entire tub area and surroundings tile walls which went to ceiling. He also repaired a backsplash on our vanity whch was coming loose from the wall. In another bathroom, he regrouted around a sink and repaired several areas where the grout was coming loose on tile walls. He was very professional and took great pride in his work. Both bathrooms haven't looked this good since they were new. I originally discovered The Grout Guy on Angies List, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a very professional regrouting at a reasonable price.

My shower has been leaking into my basement for about 1 year, after several failed attempts trying to fix this myself and pin pointing the problem which i couldn't do, The Grout Guy (Glen), came by and took a look. He grouted and caulked the shower and and looks fantastic. Very clean work and done in a timely manner. I will be using him again and highly recomend

He came and gave estimate. well spoken and explained all that needed doing. We set up a date and he showed up on time. It took approx. five hours to complete job. He later explained how to care for the shower area.
