Craftsman Custom Design cleaned our air ducts (for the first time in our 30 year old home) After recently experiencing new allergic type symptoms, I considered it to be indoor air quality, as the home is now closed up and furnace is running. I admit we were skeptical about air duct cleaning, but I am pleased with the results and benefits! I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality! Philip and crew did an outstanding job cleaning our system. I was not aware of all the extensive labor and detail that goes into this service. Philip walked thru and explained what he would be doing and why. He showed me all the dust and debris he collected, and the before & after photos tells it all! Philip is very knowledgeable and professional, and his friendly, no pressure approach is very much appreciated! I would not hesitate to recommend him and Craftsman Custom Design for air duct cleaning services to friends and family!

They came one day after hiring them and came back the next day (in the heat) and finished the job. They were fast,, efficient and thorough. We definitely would recommend them.

Highly highly recommended! Phil and his crew out performed my already high expectations. I was presented with before and after pictures of my ducts, walked through what he would be doing and why, and shown what was collected into the filter system when he finished. I had done multiple demo projects and DIY remodels, and by not properly controlling the dust and debris, it was sucked into my air system. This means i was breathing in dust, dirt, everything all the time. This is not what i want for me, nor my family. It is a very inexpensive alternative to respiratory issues down the road. If you are looking for a prompt, reliable, quality job done with courtesy and integrity, I would say look no further. Thanks again Phil!
