The Anderson team was very professional !! The salesman was the owner, and he was very knowledgeable. He spent all afternoon going over where and how they would install the power unit. When the team brought the generator, there were 4 very skilled people. They made sure that when they were in the house, they would not make a mess. Thanks Anderson!!!

My whole house generator project was a great experience from the sales meeting to the installation. The salesman was actually the owner who explained the products, the history of the company, and even took care of the financial. The installation was only 2 days later which was performed by a very knowledgeable and professional team, they were attentive to details, explained everything as they went, and were careful to meet a few expectations I had. They cleaned up nicely afterwards, explained the operation, they even took care of the permit from the town. Overall a great experience for a high quality product that will bring peace of mind for many years

Chris arrived as scheduled and proceeded to complete the scheduled maintenance, including a battery replacement. He provided status of his work throughout and was very professional in his interaction with me. the work was completed on time.

Customer service was excellent. Their price to install the tankless water heater was very competitive with other companies, but they spent more time going over everything and returned my calls promptly.

Our generator came on for approximately 10 minutes and shut down during a power outage. They took a few days to show up and it snowed in the meantime. Their tech Devin checked it and said its working fine. He told my wife that we should have a snow fence installed. The snow was not there when it failed and the snow we got fell straight down with no wind as shown in the picture, so a snow fence would have done nothing. $175 mechanics shrug. Thanks.

The crew of 5 did a great job installing a new Cummins generator. They had to run a new gas line from the meter, through the basement and out to the backyard. Also had to reroute many electrical connections. The generator activates twice a month for 20 minutes. All automatic. They installed a wifi connection from the generator to Anderson. Price was much lower than quotes from local plumbing companies who were mostly offering an inferior product. Cummins is highly recommended for cold climates.

Michel (Mitch) Brillon was the person that came to our home and educated us about our water and how unfortunately it’s slowly poisoning us. After a long talk and interesting and mouth jawing demonstrations. We were sold! We wanted to have the best water in our home and avoid any water contamination illnesses for our family further down the line. Thank you very much Mitch for helping our family and introducing us to abetter source of clean water. You would think you can’t afford it, but trust us they have options and help you along the way to obtain them. And you can’t put a price on your family’s health and safety.

This was not a repair but rather scheduled maintenance service. Our technician , Mike, was cordial, informative and thorough. When he was done he gave us a report of everything he did and noted to us specific areas that needed adjusting. He also handled a problem we had been having with internet communication.. Oh, did I mention that the wind chill factor was in the single digits!. I am confident in the assessments and work he did. Thanks Mike

Mitch explained everything very thoroughly and made the decision to upgrade to a new water filtration system for the entire house very easy. I’m confident this is money well spent. The payment plans are affordable too so it didn’t overburden me with extra expenses.
