I bought a Cummins Generator. The installers blew up my basement because they installed it incorrectly and had to get a refund for a thousand dollars. Then the generator turned on and caught on fire. They replaced the generator and the second one blew up again. When I called back the personnel were nasty and told me they don't want to deal with this and call Cummins. Beware BAD Company Do not buy or work with this company. Sales people lie to everyone to not by Generac but guess what It is the best for Buffalo. Don't deal with this fake company

The service tech Mike was very knowledgeable about the generator problem. He was able to fix it in about an hour. The problem was the generator did not turn on when the power went off last week. Mike was very good explaining to me what caused the problem. Thanks again Mike.

We really like the professional job done by Paul, James III and Nate, they answered all our questions and explained everything to our understanding. They are no doubt well-trained in their field and dedicated to the reputation of the company. Kudos to our saleperson Tom, who also happens to be the president. We had on-location visits from 3 companies to have a whole-house generator installed and no doubt picked the best company.

We had to have a follow up maintenance call after the install of our whole house generator and Mike came in less than an hour of our call. Mike was friendly and very knowledgeable about our system. He went right to what he suspected was the problem and he was right. Mike had the issue fixed in a matter of minutes. I told him I woulld request him for any future maintenance need. Thanks Mike.
