The owner of the company took the time to discuss exactly what would be required for my home. He could have easily sold me a larger system and did not when he explained why I only needed a smaller system than I thought I would require. The installers were fast, efficient,expert, and explained the operation of the system when it was completed. They cleaned up after they were done. There were no hidden costs and it proceeded exactly as explained for the cost they quoted. I would definitely do business with Andersen Power again. It was a very good experience overall.

Salesman was extremely knowledgeable. We purchased a generator and ended upgraded our water system so we can enjoy water out of our kitchen sink! Our reverse osmosis water system is a huge upgrade! No more buying bottled water and jugs of water. (We have high iron content and gas in our water.) Installers did a great job. I'm now looking forward to our first power outage to see our generator work! I highly recommend Anderson's Watersystem's.

I also had my air conditioner replaced and moved, the installers were very friendly and did a great job. I did forget to ask what type of filter came with the furnace, it is only 1" thick and I really want to get a 4" wide filter.

The installers were respectful not only of me, but my property. Very courteous, cleaned up after themselves. Quiet, no nonsense, hard working gentlemen. Installed a furnace and air conditioner during one of the hottest days in September without one complaint!

The install of our mini-split went well but the story we got from the salesman was different than the installers. - The salesmen told us that they would disconnect some vents from the main trunk for us so that we are no longer heating/cooling a garage and would re-balance the system. The installer said they would bring back some magnets to put over the vents and made no mention to re-balancing the system. - The salesmen told us that there is a decorative covering for the piping that runs up the side of the house to make it look nice. The installers said they don't carry anything like that. I now have to come up with my own solution to make it look a bit nicer. - The original install location was supposed to be on the east side of the wall, the installers were worried about how to run power there after the salesmen said "No problem, they can run a new line right through the attic." We then settled on reusing a 220 line that was not in use on the opposite end of the wall. We have made two calls into the office to find out why it was done this way and expressed our concern for paying for lines to be eliminated and then told 'use some magnets'. After a week of phone calls trying to sort out why all the services were not performed as quoted we finally got in contact with the owner and scheduled a follow up to complete the outside pipe covering install and eliminate the ducting like they had quoted us. On the day of the install I stayed home from work waiting of the installers, at 9:30 I called the office to find out why they hadn't arrived and the office staff did not know. 45 min later they called back to let me know that apparently the appointment was weather contingent (neither I or the office staff were informed of this though). I had to put another call into the owner and the crew was rescheduled for the following Monday. They showed up to this appointment and completed all the tasks that were left outstanding. The work they performed was done well, and the hardware they installed works great but it should not take 3 appointments and a handful of phone calls to get a job completed according to the agreed upon contract.

The people i dealt with from Anderson were absolutely top notch. The initial sales call was about as good as a sales experience can be. Straightforward answers to all of my questions and I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want or need. I feel that I got a great price on a quality piece of equipment. The installation was scheduled and 1 week later the installers showed up on time and completed the job in exactly the amount of time that was estimated. They knew exactly what they were doing and also took the time to answer questions thoroughly and professionally. They didn't leave until they cleaned up every last scrap of material and made sure we were happy. I was impressed from start to finish!

The business owner actually made the sales call.Although I planned on also getting an air conditioning unit installed, I was told I did not need one. This saved me about 2300 dollars. Tom put honesty ahead of a sale. Very refreshing.

Two men came to our house and also put in a new gas finance. They worked very quickly together and cleaned up everything very well for a very reasonable price. They also explained everything on how to operate the new thermostat that they installed.

Work was good. Worker were courteous. In the beginning, I did not like the 5 feet of gas pipe held up with a2x4 on one end. The pro is responding to my comments and will buried the gas pipe in the ground. Sometimes it is better to know if there is a problem with a job, you can count on the contractor to make a correction because finding a perfect pro can be very time consuming ! ? ! They came today and repaired the gas line and did a great job!
