I have never used this company before this project. My first response was met by the president of the company. He curtailed the complete job to my request with a time line and what materials he will use for the installation. The installers where very thorough and fully knowledgeable about the project. They verified through testing that it functions as prescribed and followed that with a complete customer review. Thank you for a job well done...

Forest and Tom were the 2 man team that did the installation of my generator. They were on time, courteous, answered my questions, and did a great job. I had 3 quotes on the generator job and Anderson was the lowest bid but that was not the reason I chose them. My neighbor had a generator installed by Anderson and I saw first hand the quality of their work.

I used home advisor to get estimates for a new generator and a sump pump. Wound up going withAnderson Power. They came today 5/23 early. Did an excellent job 2 man team lead by Ainsley. Great work, friendly, provided great instructions with great humor. Excellent service I would definitely recommend.

Mr. Tom Gerstner, President of Anderson, personally came out to the house and carefully walked us through all the tradoffs and key decision parameters for acquiring our back up generator. As a result, we felt quite confident to make a fully informed decision as to the correct generator size and capability. The install team under Forest's leadership was extremely capable and knowledgeable and carried out an ultra smooth install. Awesome experience!

We had a home generator installed. The crew of 7 people came and had it installed, tested and running in a matter of a couple of hours. The team was very knowledgeable and personable. We had a Eaton whole house generator installed. The price was right and the installation only took about 4 hours. As it turned out our power went out 10 hours after the installation and the generator worked like a charm! Very happy with purchase, many thanks to Anderson Watersystems.

Tom presented us with an excellent price for our heating and air conditioning system project using a 97% afue variable heat, ECM Amama furnace with a lifetime full unit replacement together with an Amana 15 seer AC unit with a new 5 ton coil. The installation was done very professionally in one day!! I totally recommend Anderson Heating and Air for their salesmanship, selection of appropriate high quality equipment, professional installation as well as their excellent value pricing the complete system! we where looking for a whole house generator. in which this company installs we got a good quote. we had other people coming for more quotes. meanwhile they are a water treatment co. we have a one year old home. we showed the rep what was happening already. he tested our water, told us what we have going on and what would fix this problem. we hired them on the spot in two days they were at the home and few hours later we were all set up. very pleased with there workers also. I would recommend them to other people if they need work done by them .

Company called back and proposed a solution, and they came and corrected the issue to our requirements.

Chris & Forest were efficient and knowledgeable. They finished the project in less time than I thought and that included the additional services I had contracted for, not just the generator install. This is the 2nd project that Anderson has done for me. Have been very impressed with them.
