After my old water heater succumbed to failure everyone I spoke to at Anderson shared my urgency to help me get my hot water back online. From Leo getting me in touch with sales, to Brian getting my request recorded and submitted, to Cathy scheduling a crew out to the house to complete the work the same day! Everyone had the same urgency for resolution. Dave, Tom and Dave showed up at 4:59pm to the scheduled 5pm appointment and spent three hours removing the old leaking tank and installing the new tankless system. I could not have asked for better service and urgent attention. Thank you everyone!

We decided to go with the project right after he left so he had to come back to our house to write up the contract - no problem. I ve waited 3 months to rate for more events other than install which was done professionally, great staff, no shortcuts on materials or install! Service call made to check monthly test routine issue- next day service, issue resolved. Agreement to wait til warmer weather to bury power/gas line. Schedule call made by Anderson, team arrived, spent necessary time and effort for professional excavation, re-routing lines, bury and re-feeding thru exterior wall to power panel. Only one power loss since install, generator powered up as advertised and as quiet as I hoped. First class team!
