After a somewhat rough start , Blame it on the Rona , LOL I had a whole house generator installed by Anderson . Paul , Kevin and Shaun did a fantastic install . They were professional throughout the whole install . Very dedicated to the task . They were here all day and worked thru lunch to finish the job . I would have no problem recommending this company to anybody looking for a quality install . They kept the work area clean and organized and did did not do any unnecessary damage . I would rate this a A+ company

Very professional from sales to completion. They installed my generator in about 4 hours. And spent the time needed to explain How to operate and maintain the generator.

We contracted to have a whole house generator installed at our house and two installers showed up this morning without calling. When the appt was confirmed yesterday, we were told that they would call when they were on their way, but clearly that did not happen. Just a small thing, but once we met the two individuals, it seemed then to explain that they do what they want. One of the two started examining the job and walked right through our front garden rather than walking around the plantings. Then when my husband was trying to explain things in the house, what he hoped could be done, and things like that, the other individual rebuffed his comments, told him that he needed to figure it out himself, and told him that he knew what he was doing. This man was rude about it, discounted us, and started to raise his voice. My husband told him to leave. We are now waiting for a call back from the company to discuss getting our deposit money back.

Donâ t expect hot water as soon as you turn on faucet and we knew that. We have to wait about 2 minutes before water gets warm. After that, itâ s fine. 2 minutes isnâ t that bad but think about how much water is wasted by waiting for it to warm up.

2 day installation for a fixed generator because of not having the parts that were needed for my particular job. The consultation was over the phone and done through pictures was the reason given for not having the correct components. Day 1 was install the generator and prepare for the electrical. Day 2 was installation of the electrical and test run. The work was done professionally and looks great. The unit has worked well (7 months ago installed from this review) and works to the standards that were quoted. I would recommend Anderson Water & Power for a fixed generator install.

They actually started/completed the job "prior-to the initial start date. The team was smart enough to take advantage of the good weather we were experiencing and completed other jobs earlier ahead of ours. I gave them four-and-one-half stars because everyone can always strive to do better. They really were an exceptional team overall. My wife and I made the "right choice".

A generator is an expensive. I interviewed 5 companies. Anderson Water and Power was the hands down choice.

They are in the process, however I can see that they going to do really good job.

I have little confidence in the product or service provided. Initially, the generator was not functioning due to faulty fuses, then the inspection did not pass(now approved). Some vital connections were incomplete (internet) These are now supposedly complete. But the motherboard failed and I am currently without a functioning generator for nearly one month. After many phone calls over recent months, the owner of the company did call and assured me all will be completed to my satisfaction but it has been 9 months getting to this point. I will update this saga when all is final.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. We had an issue with a leaking tank heater and they were able to get the new one installed the next day! Highly recommended!

President of the company came out over 2 hours away from office on a Saturday morning because his employee s wife that was suppose to come was in labor. They all showed up on time and completed all they promised in a timely and efficient manor

The sales team and install team do not talk and coordinate.

Slow to respond to questions but lived up to commitment.
