Sam was punctual, professional and friendly. He explained each step of the water treatment system maintenance and answered all our questions. We will definitely hire Anderson again.

Did not care for the salesman. He kept wanting to tell jokes and I just wanted the facts. He also badmouthed the other company, although he did not mention them by name. This really did not set well with me. However, the other company I talked to did the same thing. If Anderson did not have such good reviews and an appealing installation date, I would not have gone with them.

The project went smoothly, crew was efficient and friendly, would highly recommend Anderson Water and Power for any home improvement you have planned, Office staff of Kathy and Tracy kept me informed of scheduling and arrival of the Crew.

They had both reminders of appt time and date via voice, text and email reminders a few days before with confirmation needed. Day of they had photos and names of service team! Team were very nice and efficient too. Had a team leader who explained process and a technician who helped us with the WiFi system that came with generator. This company as well as us can monitor system for any problems that may arise!

The crew were conscientious and respectful when coming in and out of our home. Very polite and efficient. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Scheduled our install within 4 days of signing the contract. Install went smoothly, Work was clean and professional and the price was the lowest of all estimates. Very satisfied with the result.

No longer installing AC

When an installation issue was identified, they came back out immediately and remedied the situation. They were professional and clearly showed they took pride in their work. Now we are enjoying our tankless water heater without issue.

We have a finished basement so the installation was more challenging than most. They did a great job and James handled the gas service component. Excellent attention to detail.
