Good job ! Showed up when they said and in 4 hours job was complete , had a 8 kw generator set installed with 12 circuits on propane gas , very nice install. Now waiting for utility outage, keep up the good work.

Following the initial installation there was one issue that once we notified the folks at Anderson was promptly addressed and the correction made. No one is perfect and having a contractor who is responsive is most important.

The person that came was the owner and gave a real good deal.

They did not fix my orginal problem, but I did buy a water purification system from them. The saleman was pleasant, the installer was okay - was a little rough as he put a mark in the counter top with his drill bit, put dents in the wood floors with his shoes, seems a little grumpy, but it was a rainy day and in the afternoon. I was not informed that I have to drain the system twice a week as it states in the owners manual - this is wasteful but I guess that's the way the system works.

The installation went smoothly. The installers were professional and to conclude the installation sat down and explained the operation and upkeep of the new unit. I am very pleased with every aspect of my transaction with Anderson water and power systems.

Mr. Geurstner was vey professional and presented his line of generators in a manner that permitted me to make the best choice for my needs. The workpersons who came to install the generator were very good, professional, courteous, and helpful. They explained all the details for the installation and walked me through the operation of the unit until I understood it. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had Anderson put in a Back-up Generator for my household. Two servicemen came on time when scheduled. Both were completely professional, energetic and very courteous. Generator placement was such that both gas & electric lines had to go from the cellar through a "crawl space" to connect. They both attacked the task without so much as a frown -- it was not an easy task. I was extremely impressed with their "teamwork" approach in completing the installation. Each knew exactly what to do in concert with eachother to work most effectively. Whenever I had a question, they answered with a smile in laymen terms so I could understand.
