Absolutely Do Not Trust ProSeptic ? Scammers and Backyard Wreckers We hired ProSeptic to pump our septic tank shortly after buying our home. When they arrived, they claimed our leach field was failing and warned we could face fines if we did not replace it. Pressured, we agreed to a $10,000 job. Midway through, after tearing up our yard, they told us the system ?would not work? and pushed a different one for $30,000. We refused. What followed felt like sabotage. The work was sloppy, our yard was left a wreck, and our kids can not even play back there anymore. It was fine before. It is obvious they use bait-and-switch tactics: hook you with one price, then pressure you into paying much more. If you do not cave, you are left with garbage work. Avoid ProSeptic at all costs? they are not just unprofessional, they are predatory.

All personnel, from the person who answered the phone to the tech they sent was both professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the text letting me know they were on the way to our home. They included a picture and name of the person who would be doing the job.

If I could give a 10 i would. This guy so professional and an extremely hard worker. Appreciate what he did. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs service.

Great price

After the tank was pumped out, I gave the driver the check, as he started to pull out, his truck leaked oil on my driveway, there were leaks in different spots, we dumped some cat litter, he got back to his truck and left with no further advise on what to do.

Pumped out septic tank. Everything from scheduling to the actual pumping went well. The driver/worker was very knowledgeable about keeping a healthy supply of bacteria and enzymes in the tank.

They were very friendly on the phone and answered my questions completely and clearly. I was given an appointment the next morning! And the price was right, no hidden or unexpected fees! Right on time as promised, a young man knocked on my door, introduced himself and got right to it! We even laughed at the motto ?we take crap from everybody!? On the truck! Excellent company.
