ADR Paver

Reis who owns ADR was extemely professional and prompt with the estimate and the job. He brought 7 men and they worked their butts off till it was complete and it came out better than I ever hoped for. My driveway looks great!!!! Great Job Guys!!!!! It was difficult scheduling them to come because it rained a bunch, but once we were on the schedule, they did a fantastic job and they did it in a single day. They were very professional and I love the work they did to our patio. I called for a quote and Reis came the same day. He was the least expensive of the 3 quotes I received (by a significant amount), and the work was fast and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a patio or any kind of hardscaping.

Basically, he didn't show up nor did he call to reschedule. I contacted him again the day he was supposed to show up and he responded that he got really busy and apologized. I gave him another chance and rescheduled. His office called me a day or 2 later to confirm the new date, which was great to hear. I then get a call from the office the day of the meeting and was told one of the trucks broke down and they wanted to reschedule but i should call Reese, again, to confirm the date as the office was closing. Spoke to Resse and setup another appt. AGAIN, he did not show up nor did he call!! I am done with this company!!

Job was completed on time and within budget. The provider came out and offered some great ideas for how we could improve the curb appeal of our home. Our front steps were in bad shape and needed to be redone. The blue stone was removed , leveled and replaced. Our old asphalt walkway was replaced with a brand new blue stone walkway. They did a great job, very professional, and tidy. Upon completion the front of the house looked great. They left zero imprint of the work that had been done. Would recommend and hire again.

Working with ADR was a pleasure. I had an asphalt driveway that was in serious disrepair and crumbling. Reis came the day after i called to come and measure. I had a quote the next day and we were able to start work the following week. The crew was professional, and careful in their work. They were able to dig up the driveway on day 1, without disturbing the sprinkler lines, electrical and other plants. The size of the overall driveway was over 3000 square feet. We wanted to have belgian block curbing and an apron which i will review separately, but it looks awesome as well. Reis and team went above and beyond. Pointing out the current rise from the ground to the first step was 11", which is way to high. They fixed this when pouring the new asphalt. Also adding piping under the ground if in the future we wanted to add new wiring for in ground lighting. The driveway looks smooth, level, no dips or valleys, and has seriously enhanced the look of the house. If you are looking to redo your driveway, ADR is the company to work with. I only have great things to say about ADR, would highly recommend them, and would absolutely use them again.

ADR Installed a gorgeous 5 row belgian block apron to the bottom of my driveway and an belgian block border outlining the entire 3200 square foot driveway. This has increased the look and curb appeal of the house exponentially. The snowplows that clear my street have previously hit my driveway apron destroying it. The masons that installed the new block apron installed the first row properly and these blocks are not going anywhere. They were set into a concrete base and jointing between the blocks looks great. Its the fine details in the job is what sets ADR apart here. I knew that ADR was going to put in the block, which looks great. But they also added top soil and seed to areas next to where they put in the blocks. Amazing. This is a company that is proud of the work they do, and they do incredible work. If you are thinking of redoing your driveway, adding belgian blocks curbing or aprons, Reis and ADR are the company to use.

The work went very smoothly. they are very punctual, and efficient. everything followed the schedule and budget agreed on. Reis is very nice and professional . he explains everything in details and supervises his team. he is punctual and he gave us the best solution for the driveway. the team cleaned everything afterwards. it was a very positive experience , they are trustworthy and did a good job UPDATE AS OF 12/1/17: A month ago the wall started to show cracks in 4-5 different places. I took pictures and contacted them. I told them this is still under warranty and that I wanted them to come out to look at it and tell me what needs to be done. They responded and said that it can't be anything other than paint and that they'd take care of it. This happened in October. There have been several emails back and forth promising that they would send someone out next week and the following week and they still haven't come out.

We were very happy with the work. they did on our drive way. They were professional., prompt, and courteous.. We can recommend them without any reservation.

It went well. Took 1/2 a day to do. If we did not have a 50 degree day in December it might not have gotten done.

My experience was Great from the beginning to the end of my project., I contacted Reis the owner of ADR pavers, and set up an appointment, He was prompt , courteous , knowledgeable. and honest. We discussed the details , agreed and went forward with the project. The Crew from ADR arrived on time and got straight to work. Everyone was very nice, and meticulous with detail. REIS was always there to overlook and help his crew. when needed. Family and neighbors have praised his work and have scheduled ADR pavers for there homes. Obviously I would Highly recommend this Company.. .

I called for quote and he came the next day to evaluate job and we agreed on price. His crew was very professional and the job came out great.

His crew rushed the work because of an incoming storm. Not even a year after the work, there are pot holes and cracks. Despite repeated calls by the various homeowners, and his promises to repair the work, the company never returned. We gave him every opportunity to do the right thing by standing by his work. He failed to do so. We have reported the company to the Better Business Bureau.

a First Class job - The team from ADR did a fantastic job. I was truly impressed by the entire experience. And I have done extensive home/remodel/landscape projects at my previous properties, so I had a very good basis for comparison. From first contact/job bid through to job completion, Reis and the ADR team are the best that I have worked with. The job bid was detailed, realistic and accurate. The job started promptly and the ADR team showed up in full force each day. There were at least 10 workers on site for the 2.5 days and Reis himself was present on site for 30+% of the job. In fact, during the critical project phases, like removing the old asphalt driveway next to a old stone wall, Reis drove the equipment himself to remove the old asphalt as delicately as possible in that area. The team worked with speed and skill throughout and accomplished a very impressive amount of quality work each day. They also took the time at the end of the day to thoroughly clean and tidy both the property and street. that was very appreciated by my neighbors as well as myself. I am highly recommending ADR Paver for your driveway/stonework needs and I would use them again without any hesitation. Great job, Reis. Thanks!

On or about August 21st, I contacted ADR Paving to request an estimate for sealing my driveway. We agreed to meet at 6:30 PM on Monday, August 24th at my house. I texted the vendor a confirmation e-mail with the date, time, my address and an alternative phone number. On Monday, August 24th, no one showed up. I texted the vendor at approximately 8:30 PM asking where he was. When I got to work the following day, I had a voicemail message from Mr. Reis advising that he never got my texts so he didn't have my address. He asked that I call him back to reschedule. The time stamp on the voicemail was 6:59 PM, already a half an hour late for our appointment. I was torn about calling to reschedule because a true professional would have contacted me before a half an hour after our scheduled appointment to tell me he never received the text he was expecting with my information but I did call on Wednesday. When I spoke with Mr. Reis on Wednesday, and we agreed to reschedule for Saturday, August 29th at 9 AM, I asked if he needed me to resend my information. He said no, that he had it. I never resent the texts from August 21st so that means he was either lying and had gotten them in a timely manner but just blew off our initial appointment or he has the worst cell phone service provider and does not get his text messages for days. On Friday, August 28th at 10:40 PM, I received a text from Mr. Reis stating exactly as follows: "Good evening! I'm sorry again, but in this Saturday it is my birthday, and I decided to take the day off for my family and my friends, so therefore all my schedule'm for this Saturday I'm decided canceling and redrawing for another day of the week. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks Reis" (misspellings and autocorrects included). I was floored that (a) someone could have forgotten it was their birthday and (b) that he would have the audacity to text me at 10:40 PM when our appointment was for 9 AM the following morning. The following is, verbatim, the remainder of our text conversation that night: ME: "You didn't know it was your birthday on Saturday when I spoke to you on Wednesday???? Don't worry about rescheduling - I'll find someone more reliable. You didn't have my texts on Monday but then they miraculously altered (sic - autocorrected 'appeared') by Wednesday when you said you had my address???? And, on Wednesday, you said it was a third person, not your personally, that was coming. Enjoy your birthday. You've lost my business and all of this will be reflected on my review on Angie's list. ADR PAVING: (following morning) Good morning! I got your message now! It was not even a miracle I have with me your address on Wednesday when you called me, I just had your address after you have me send a message on Tuesday asking about my appointment that I missed on Monday, then that went relate you with appointment that I had lost because I did not find the address. Sorry me, but when I talked to you on Wednesday I had forgotten my birthday would be today. Once again I'm sorry!" And once again, he lied. I did not send him a message on Tuesday. I sent him a message with my address on Friday, August 21st and a follow up message when he blew me off on Monday at approximately 8:30 PM. I never sent another text. This company, or at least its owner, is untrustworthy and disreputable. I would never use them nor recommend them.

The driveway came out beyond expectations. I will be using them again for sure.

The provider called several weeks prior confirmed dates to start work Call back several days prior to agreed date to make sure it was convenient date times Provider and his workers arrived promptly and stared work immediately They worked professionally and efficiently, cleaning up debri as they worked The first day the backyard drainage and driveway was dug up and completed The workers provided their own lunch, water, and did not ask me for any services for the workers They were polite and very accommodating to my family going in and out of the house. They were very concious of safety for themselves as well as my family. The entire job was completed on the second day. I have received numerous compliments on this work from my friends and neighbors . My insurance carrier USAA was also provided info on this work.

the crew seemed competent, knowledgeable and professional. they worked hard throughout the day and cleaned up well when the job was complete. The owner was on the jobsite working at times.

Crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Everyone was very nice, they cleaned up the area after the project was done and they were meticulous with detail. REIS was AMAZING - communicating every step of the way and providing advice and suggestions as the project was moving along. In the process of breaking down the retainer wall, they found a gas pipe; I was notified and advised on what my options were. We immediately changed the original plan and it actually worked out nicely because it added a different texture/element to the house. After the project was done, I received a call asking how it went, we discussed a few things, there was a small knick on the side of the step and they came to fix it the very next morning. They were reasonable with pricing and I received a 5% discount by using Angie's lIst.

Reiss was a pleasure to work with. Extremely prompt answering and returning calls. We had a miscommunication about the price of the job however he didn't hesitate and honored the price I was expecting. The work was delayed due to rainy days and heat wave but that is to be expected. All in all you can't go wrong with ADR. I appreciate their hard work. My friend was impressed by the clean neat work, she is going to have her driveway and paths done by them. And she didn't have to any research!

The old driveway was a mess. Our house is situated on a rock, so the driveway was not level. In addition, because of the rock, the water and gas mains were only 2-3 inches below the driveway. ADR showed up early in the morning with an army of workers and equipment. The original estimate was for the job to take 2-3 days, but they finished it in one day. ADR raised the level of the driveway due to the pipes, but were still able to keep it flush to the garage. They also added a drain at no cost once they saw that the driveway would cause flooding. Great job.

Never received the courtesy of a call back

The process was easy, this is my second time using them and once again they did an excellent job. This driveway was 2X larger and about 10 X worst than my other driveway. Reis (the owner) walked me through the whole process of the work, he gave me his opinion of enlarging a certain section of the driveway. I took his advice and we couldn't be happier. He actually was able to fit us in a week earlier than promised. I'm in construction so I know who to hire, Reis and his crew showed up, they laid out the job, brought in the material and machines and got to work. Very professional from the boss to workers, at least five of my neighbors and people driving by stopped and asked for his business card. I will be using him in the future. Our driveway looks amazing!

They did nothing! They have lousy service, do not come back to clients, and do not inform clients when they have an issue with showing up. Very disappointing.

It went wonderful, everything nice and went smooth.

They did an excellent job. They were professional and were on time. I would use them again.
