Very professional and quick on repairs!

This was the best company in my area for project to remove wood stove. Best guys ever and work was done well and quickly. Only problem was the appointment time was difficult due to time of day and location. Still a good experience.

Generally speaking, the technicians that came to the house were very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They completed their work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Initially there was an issue with scheduling. I waited ALL day for technicians to show up for the first scheduled appointment. By 5:30 that day I received a phone call asking if a would reschedule because the technicians running behind. I did reschedule for the following weekend and everything turned out well.

Awesome. Honest joe climbed on top of chimney to go beyond required job. Also Kyle was awesome. They are the guys to hire. Very honest. No attempt to upsell anything you didn t need. You can t go wrong with Shamrock Chimney out of New York.. you will be very pleased with the cleanliness, efficiency, clean up . Never know that we had a complete do over except for the new stainless steel chimney cap. We have a metal roof which made it a difficult challenge as you cannot walk on the roof as it will leave indentations. Joe and Kyle went with a 40 ft ladder directly to the chimney. I re iterate, you will not see any evidence or debris that a major job being performed. Laws have changed, do it would be to your advantage to call them and get your chimney inspected. Tell them brian o sent you from cape cod. Nice job guys.

Very courteous and prompt. Arrived for estimate ready to actually do the work. Highly unusual these days. Explained all problems and options for work needed and options for payment available. Technician was friendly and hardworking and made sure everything was clean and picked up when he was finished. Extremely happy with my experience.

I had received an estimate from a contractor friend and decided to try Home Advisors. Shamrock Chimney called the same day I went on line to Home Advisors. Joseph & Tommy came out looked at what needed to be done and did it for less than my contractor friend's estimate. I was given a price and I hired them on the spot. Joseph took pictures of the chimney before and after which was an added bonus. The work was done in a professional manner. All debris was taken away, Joseph & Tommy were great and conducted themselves in a professional manner.

The company was able to do the job when they got there and they did it in a timely matter, I thought the price was reasonable for the job that was done.

I selected this business because the woman I spoke with originally seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They also had the best price. They were scheduled to arrive between a 9-12 window on a Saturday, and I received a call at 12:00 saying there was an emergency and they couldn't make it. There was no urgency, so I rescheduled for the following Thursday and gave them the benefit of the doubt. On Thursday, 9-12 came and went. Finally, I left. My boyfriend came home around 2:00, and they showed up. He said they appeared unprofessional, (pants super low and baggy with underwear out and sideways caps). He also wasn't thrilled with the quality. He said they only took about 10 minutes to do a quick sweep/vacuum. Overall, it just seems I should've gone with the more expensive option recommended by a friend. Perhaps they should reconsider the time frames that they give.

Good quality work at a reasonable price. They are veteran friendly.

While they were very quick to schedule an appt., they were a little slow to show up. They did cap the chimney (all I really wanted), they gave me a rather expensive quote for doing additional work that a local stove person said he didn't see the need for. There are several more local companies that I wish I had used.

Extremely expensive for what they did in less than an hour and I still can?t convince the towns building inspector that the chimney was actually cleaned based on the paperwork.

They repointed our chimney. Redid all of the flashing and installed a new stainless steel liner to replace the old, crumbling clay lining from basement to the caps in two days. Great job. Good value.
