Joseph was great. He and his co-worker arrived on time and got the job done.

We hired them expecting to pay 75.00 for a cleaning. 5 hours and 2700.00 later we have a built up chimney that we couldn't use with a plastic bag on it to protect the new cement. Was supposed to come back early the next morning. I climbed on roof to remove it. He showed up 2 days later.

This is my first house and the first time I've ever had to hire a Chimney expert. But Shamrock was great! Alan and Alex came and they were both very personable. Alan explained all the ins and outs of the chimney and why I would need the repair. Showed me with photos the damage that had occurred. I would absolutely use them again! (Hopefully I wouldn't have to) but I would if it was absolutely necessary.

Robert and Joe showed up on time and cleaned both chimney flues. I bought the house in May 2019 and didn't know that the chimneys were in such bad shape. They installed new stainless steel liners in both flues, at a VERY reasonable price! They had everything inspected, cleaned and installed in less than two hours! They also cleaned up and vacuumed all the debris left behind. I was extremely pleased with both of them and this service! I have another home that needs a liner so, next Spring, I will definitely be calling Shamrock Chimney AND asking for Robert and Joe!

Crew was on time and pleasant to deal with. Price for chimney cleaning was the lowest out of 3 quotes, however quality of the chimney cleaning was poor. Upon inspection there is still significant dirt/creosote remaining. The crew left a long list of maintenance items that needed to be completed for our chimney, but failed to explain the importance of doing each of the items. They will not provide an itemized list of work to be done either. All or nothing at a single price. If you do not choose to perform all recommended work you will be contacted by a sales representative to try and schedule remaining work.

They canceled the first estimate appointment in the middle of the date/time they were supposed to be here. They rescheduled and when they came out they gave me an estimate and the option of completing the job right at that time. The two man crew were polite, professional, and efficient. You could tell they worked together for a while. The work seems to be of good quality. They pointed the upper third of a 3 story chimney, recapped the crown, cleaned the flues, put 3 metal tops on the three flues, and waterproofed the entire chimney

-The cost was way overpriced (discovered after the job was done). - Damage to the roof shingles by the crew working in the chimney. They left without completing the job (still final brickwork to be done) and they cashed my check for a job that's still not complete to date. Very costly and disappointing.

Shamrock Chimney came for an evaluation and estimate. The individual Alan was beyond knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them and ask for Alan to take care of your project.

Shamrock Chimney provided an estimate for our Chimney to Pointed and also to insert a Liner. They quoted a fair price and I agreed to have the work done the same day. That day, I reviewed the work and felt more masonry work was still required. They came out the next day again, and they did additional repair work to Point the Chimney. Overall they did what I wanted at a fair price. My roof was affected during the work, but they helped cover the cost for repairs. Since my roof was brand new, this was required.
