We hired Shamrock to insert a stainless steel liner in a 100+ year old unloved chimney. What might have been an easy installation turned out to be an huge challenge because of twists and restrictions. Joe D our tech Indian and his assistant were tenacious an unyielding in their efforts to make a full installation. With great effort they succeeded much to our satisfaction. Our chimney can now serve well do another 100+ years.

Very detailed. The only company that actually went downstairs to check out the boiler only to notice that there was moisture/residue/water dripping via the chimney onto the boiler. Gave us background information in that regard. We haven't had heavy rainfall just yet, so we are waiting to see whether or not we will still have a leak.

They were prompt and friendly.

I believe the serviceman damaged my flue during the so called cleaning - informed my tenants it was too dangerous to operate the heating system and I needed a 2000 dollar flue replacment - when I questioned this / since last year everything wa FINE --- -he got an attitude and left .

Cory did an excellent job on my firebox and chimney top. It was discovered I need some work on the chimney liner but he focused on the job at hand and gave me an estimate for the liner later rather than pushing it on the spot. Will go with Shamrock again for the liner and routine chimney sweeps and waterproofing.

Pete from Shamrock gave us an estimate for replacing a rusted chimney chase cover and two flue caps. He quoted a price for stainless steel which was very reasonable compared to other companies. Pete was courteous, friendly , and very knowledgeable about the work explaining what he would do. He arrived the next day to install the chase cover and caps which were installed promptly. The new cover and caps look great as he said they would. Another company told us we would have to wait at least three weeks for the work to be done. Weâ re glad we chose Shamrock for our chimney repair.

They were a no show. Did not call. Had to chase them down only to be told they were not coming. Unreliable.

Mike and Jay did a great job and I felt that they did what was needed and didn't craft a need to buy items not required. They were neat, courteous, and quick. I recommend using Shamrock.

Very quick to respond and good prices. Fair man. He did a standard cleaning this time and gave me a quote for future things I might need. Making sure we stay safe.

I needed my chimney cleaned ASAP and this company was able to come within a few days. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The technician was professional and courteous when he arrived and did what needed to be done. I would use them again.

One word: horrible. The service team were great, but the company does not provide them with the approproate tools; e.g. cleaning extensions rods were not long enough to even reach the full height of the chimney. Took them 3 visits (under duress from) to complete the job acceptably ( re..actually ckear the chimney of a birds nest. I ended up providing them with the tool to complete the job. In the meantime the 91 year old living there had no heat for over two weeks!!!!

Seemed to do most of their work in late afternoon/dusk. Quality does not look as nice in the sunlight. I definitely overpaid for the job? Twice what the next bid was. But I hired them as they could start right away, and they **talked the talk** Turns out that they did not come back to finish the job for almost 2 weeks, so I wasted my money. But they offered a good warranty, which is a good thing since both of their newly installed chimney caps blew off within 2 days of the 10-day warranty.

Great company. I had a chimney liner installed in my 265 year old house. We have multiple flues with bends and curves and a blockage to boot. Joe D. was great with assessing the situation and working around several obstacles. I choose Shamrock Chimney out of five companies because of Joe D. and his knowledge. I was not disappointed. If you need a chimney liner call Shamrock Chimney and ask them to send Joe D.!!!

Terrible customer service, never get a return call. Happy to take the money but not to come out and do the job.

The work completed was good. They had to return to complete one portion of the job but other wise it was good. They had great customer service. The men that come out to do the work are excellent.

Our tech Joey and his Apprentice Dallas were sweet, seemed to hussle to get the job done. We were not psyched when the company blew off our appointment times twice, ( once for appraisal and once for work), but then came on a day the weather was not conducive to doing the work to try to make up for not showing up a day earlier when we had an appointment. We are reasonable people and would absolutely not want someone to show up to just show up. A simple call in both scenarios would have gone a long way. In summary: The office seems disorganized 😕. The tech were awesome.

Some scheduling issues on Saturday which was resolved by the company sending Joe & his assistant on Sunday (they do not typically take jobs on Sunday so this was amazing service recovery!). He came on time and was able to do the job the same day at a very fair price. Joe showed us pictures of the issues and explained what was needed and why. He was a pleasure to work with, super courteous and very personable. Joe showed us what everything looked looked like after the work was done. We'll definitely call Shamrock for the maintenance of our chimney & flues going forward.
