We hired this company last week for a chimney inspection. Evan was great and we went ahead and hired the company for additional services.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! When we hired this company on 11/17/19 to install a steel liner, grinding, repointing from top to bottom, cement crown, install cap; everything went smoothly. We also had a chimney door on order which takes four weeks, as per Jenn (who no longer works there). Come Jan when my husband had to go on the roof to take down the Christmas decorations, he noticed the sloppy uncompleted job that was done. He took a video of everything showing the cap coming off, the cement falling apart, bricks coming loose, and cracks in the crown. When he called and spoke to John who said he was the owner, he asked us to email him the video link, we did and that is the LAST we heard from this company! Not only have we not received any callbacks, we still do not have a chimney door that is been on order since November. In total to date between my husband and me, but we also have called 38 times with NO ATTEMPT of a solution. It is now gotten worse to the point that little parts of cement are falling off the chimney and is now dangerous for our nieces, puppies, and us to go in that area of the yard.
