I actually thought I hired a different company so it was partially my fault for not confirming. I thought that maybe they were subcontractors for the company that I actually wanted. Nonetheless, they came and quoted a price. After that, they said they needed a special machine and the price tripled. They came back the next day and said I did not need the machine after all and reduced the price a little, but still 2 and one-half times the original price. After they left, I made a fire in the stove and the chimney was clogged. I called the company and they never called back. I cleared the chimney myself. I do not recommend this company.

The night before my estimate appointment, we had a confirmation call, confirming our appointment. The time frame for my estimate was 8-11. No call, no show. I called & spoke with Chris. He had no idea when they would be coming, no apology for lateness or lack of communication. 3:30 I received a call, they were en route. Matt & his parter (he did not introduce himself) were polite, professional, gave me an estimate and offered to get it done right then and there. Matt explained what needed to happen and did it. He took before & after pictures. I was so impressed by them, I called the company to let them know how pleased I was. If there had been open communication about this he time issues, the communication stars would be higher.

These guys really know their stuff. Answered all my questions and did a rebuild on the top of my chimney for the price quoted. Quality workmanship, was quite happy with the result. They did a good job cleaning up and were careful not to damage my garden.
