I had a leak in my fireplace after a hard rain. I contacted Shamrock. They repointed my Chimney for a fair price. They came gave me an estimate and repaired it all in the same day. David did a great job at explaining the issue with my chimney. I would highly recommend them and plan to use their services again.

They repaired a roof leak in September 2018. I paid for a 10 year transferable warranty. Fast forward to July 2021 and the roof is leaking again. Numerous calls made. They never scheduled to come back after saying they would. What good is a warranty if they won't honor it. Stay away from this lousy company

This is the second job Evan and Tommy did for us. They are extremely knowledgeable and were very considerate of our 2 young children and found ways to access the work area without having to walk through the house too much. Both times Evan was honest about what needed to be done vs. what we thought. Both times or thinking would have cost us a lot more time and money.

Evan stood apart from his peers even during the assessment of the water damage issue we were experiencing. While other's proposed various roof and chimney restorations, Even was honest that until we opened up our dining room ceiling, we would not be able to determine the source of the leak. With his partner Tommy, they found a leaking AC hose, but then thoroughly assessed the chimneys and roof. In the end, I knew I could trust them and they then went above and beyond with their work. They were very helpful keep my wife and I informed as home owners about what they saw as issues, proposed solutions and options to consider. In the end, they installed a divider on the roof, repaired crumbling brick chimney, repinned, recrowned, and waterproofed areas in need of care. I fully recommend Evan and Shamrock Chimney.

The employee is a really nice guy, he was professional and I want to make sure gets his 100 dollar tip since they havent cash the check. I wish the communication was better.

Overall can't have asked for easier and better experience. Multiple callbacks leading up to date for reminders and assurance someone would be here. Evan and Tom, super cool dudes, very knowledgeable and prepared for the task at hand. They definitely provided a service I'm certain THEY weren't paid enough for, but is much appreciated. My old 1895 chimney flue and liner collapsed. Evan and Tommy replaced it and now my furnace is working perfectly. Evan and Tommy were professional and explained everything that I my chimney needed. They worked hard on giving my chimney a triple bypass! They even checked my roof and cleared a squirrel’s nest. At the end of the job they did a fantastic job! Evan and Tommy love to drink the light blue gatorade!!!!

Excellent professional service. Shamrock technicians did an excellent job on cleaning wood stove liner, inspecting all the chimneys and cleaned up after the service. The phone service for setting up the appointment was excellent and they came to the house at the exact time and date that was scheduled., I will use Shamrock in the future for the annual cleaning of my wood stove liner.
