They were less expensive and were willing to dismantle and move all furniture from the 2 rooms for an extra $200 (a huge job). The workers were nice and took precautions to protect all areas from sawdust.

They kept constant contact with me arrived on time, finished same day as appointment and work they put into refinishing my hardwood floors was phenomenal will definitely hire again to repair weak spots I have on my basement floor. I hired a company to remove my carpet and restore my floors for my foyer, hall and two bedrooms.the service was very hood. Then recently I hired a company to do minor work, put trimming along floor to cover space between wall and floor (used to have carpet) totally disappointed in the responder, did not keep the appointment.

Exquisite flooring showed up on time, were courteous and helpful at every step, and took great care in making sure that everything else in the apartment was protected while they worked. The results are absolutely beautiful, and at a great price.

work quality great . Staff very accommodating. Scheduling work times over the four day is not set before the job begins & causes confusion . It seems it would be better to set times in advance rather than e-mailing the night before

Alot of dust to clean off walls and radiators after. Machine left indents in certain places and needed to sand better in doorway corners. All in all wood floors can be tricky and must be done with patience. Good job for the money I paid. I would recommend them.

The name says it all they are simply exquisite! The staff were on time for the job conducted themselves very professionally if I had to find fault it was with the amount of dust but I was forewarned I’m definitely calling on exquisite flooring for my other home project.
