VERY PROFESSIONAL. THESE GUYS DID AN AWESOME JOB. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND MANNERS.

I would suggest reading this review fully before deciding to hire this company. I hired Exquisite Flooring to replace my parquet floors in my kitchenette after water leak from a radiant floor heating system. The leak was fixed and Exquisite Flooring replaced part of the floor that was damaged. Right away I saw that the color of the new part of wood floor was totally different. The owner assured me that he will fix it at a later date. He never came back and few months later the floor began to warp. I decided to hire another professional to repair it and was informed that Exquisite Flooring installed the wrong type of wood - white oak instead of red oak which was originally there. That is why the colors differed. I reached out to the owner of exquisite flooring and requested a refund. I was told that he would rather get a bad review than return the money for the shabby work they performed and was adamant that the the right wood type was installed. This is totally UNPROFESSIONAL! I do have all the pictures, which unfortunately I cannot upload due to HOMEADVISOR limitations. I hope this review will be helpful to potential customers of HOMEADVISOR to make the right decision. **7/21/20 - Both parties have agreed to arbitration to address/resolve this matter***

They were extremely professional and very courteous. They explained what they would do and what the floors would look like. They are punctual and very organized. They cleaned up after themselves and they did an amazing job. My floors look beautiful!!!!

They were here refinishing my wood floors in my living room, dining room and stairs for two days! They were great! They even moved the furniture in and out of the rooms! We love our floors!

Prompt and efficient workers did an excellent job refinishing my wood floor. The floor looks like new and is gorgeous. The workers vacuumed the area when they were finished and put pads on the bottom of the couches so the floor would not scratch. Highly recommend this company.

They did a very nice job refinishing the floors. They look great. Only problem was the exorbitant amount of dust. their corner grinding machine made clouds and clouds and clouds of dust bowl over the place. Every wall, window and surface is covered in dust. I've had other floors sanded before and had some dust but never this much. Also, they just left two bags of sawdust on the front lawn for me to throw away. Never a call back to see how things went. The workers were very nice and always on time. They have to use corner grinders with much better a dust collection system.

A pleasure to work with. Susan was an incredibly responsive point of contact throughout the process. The team did quality work on a relatively difficult job and we are very pleased with the result. Everything was accomplished at the price and within the timeframe Deven originally quoted.

Very professional. They came on time, removed all my furniture, covered my wall unit, closed off my kitchen, sealed all doors, and then started to work on floors. All of the mark's on my floors disappeared. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company Arlene G. Whitestone NY
