Description of Work: They are incapable of returning a phone call. I had to call and call and call and track them down. They would promise to call back. Still doing it now.

Description of Work: they put up a chain link fence around my yard. THE JOB THEY DID WQAS VERY GOOD.I HAVE A DOG WHICH I WANTED TO KEEP SAFE AN NOT LET HER RUN AWAY. THEY WERE THERE THE TIME AND DATE THAT WE TALKED SET. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I read somewhere that Dave's Fences do great work but leave a little to be desired on the answering / returning phone calls (IE: Customer service) side. I found this to be true or I would have rated them an "A" all round. I highly recommend their work, and would use them again tomorrow. It is just best not to expect too much on the communication aspect of their business. Nonetheless, nice guys doing a good job.

Description of Work: Terry from Dave's Fences gave me an estimate which was twice that of another fencing contractor. Additionally, after they learned that their estimate was too expensive, they tried to back peddle to reduce their estimate to take on the job. I found their approach not very professional or honest. I had a poor impression of them. ($5,000.00)

WE GAVE THE MEMBER A FAIR PRICE FOR THIS PROJECT. THE INSTALLATION OF A FENCE FOR THIS PROJECT REQUIRED EXTENSIVE DRILLING. I DON'T KNOW IF THE OTHER FENCE COMPANY TOOK THAT INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE THEY TOOK ON THE JOB. WE DID A JOB FIVE HOUSES DOWN THE STREET FROM THE MEMBER AND THE WHOLE ENTIRE JOB HAD TO BE DRILLED. THIS ENTIRE AREA WHERE ALL THESE HOMES ARE BUILT ARE ON ROCK. I TOLD THE MEMBER THAT THE PRICE WOULD BE LESS IF THERE WAS NO DRILLING INVOLVED. WE EXAMINE ALL OF OUR JOBS VERY CAREFULLY BY READING THE GROUND FOR THE FENCE INSTALLATION. WE ARE HONEST WITH OUR CUSTOMERS FROM THE ESTIMATE TO THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB.

THEY ARE TERRIFIC AND DON'T RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS. IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO COME. THE WORK IS EXCELLENT AND THE PRICE IS FAIR. IT IS HIGH QUALITY. IT JUST TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO RESPOND.
Description of Work: IT WAS A REPAIR ON A FENCE THAT THEY INSTALLED. IT WAS ONE OF THE POSTS HAD FALLEN OVER, AND IT WAS COMING OUT OF THE GROUND.
