It went very well. John came to see my roof the same day I called him. He inspected it and showed me pictures. He said he could repair it at this time. He explained exactly what he would do. We were very pleased with the detailed explanation he gave as well as his professionalism. He told us he would be with his crew while they worked. That sealed the deal. We hired him on the spot. He told us he would start the work on the following Wednesday. On Wednesday he came promptly at 9. He and his crew worked until they finished, mid afternoon. He showed us the pictures of the finished roof. We are very happy with his work and would recommend him highly, and of course call him again when we need roof work done.
Description of Work: I needed roof repairs, or possibly an entire new roof
