Description of Work: Installed (and oh so very quickly!!) a ceiling fan in my bedroom. I am hard pressed to remember any other service experience that was so seamless, painless, professional, straightforward and well worth the cost. Leader Electric was great from start to finish. I could not have been any more impressed by Brent who, from start to finish was so great. He explained the whole process to me, worked efficiently and offered to even do the minimal amount of cleanup that was needed. I wholeheartedly recommend the services of Leader Electric to anyone.

Description of Work: They changed my 110V outlet for a 220V (wiring was already in) with a new breaker.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my Tech Lighting track lights in my kitchen. Two of the lights were not working. The problem was solved and fixed in less than an hour. The serviceman (I've forgotten his name unfortunately) was very friendly and very efficient. He actually called to see if I was available before our scheduled appointment because he had finished early at his last job. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I was scheduled to have a ceiling fan installed but work changed due to me not having the fan in time. Instead Paul from Leader Electric allowed me to use that towards 1hr of work needed. Which helped me out with a problem I was having with a switch & light fixture in another room.

Description of Work: moved light switches to more convenient locations. added 2 new lines (in living room and kitchen). changed old circuit breaker box to new 'safer' box.

Description of Work: It took a long time (weeks) to get the job completed. Appointment times mixed up and wrong phone numbers for contact. The electrical work was done professionally but could have had better communication and options |I would use them again but taking in consideration my past experiences to be more detailed about what was needed. |

Description of Work: There was a scheduling issue and they missed our initial scheduled window, but once I called up to check in they quickly rescheduled. Once the electrician arrived he did quality work and was courteous and informative. I would use them again.

Description of Work: arrive several hours late and wanted to charge overtime since it was after 5. he was scheduled for 3. took light bulb to replace and never returned or contacted me.

Description of Work: Got lights installed in bedrooms and living room. Jason was punctual, professional and job was done in 2 days!

Description of Work: After some difficulties getting in touch with Leader (after pre-paying), I was able to schedule an appointment. Initially the service tech went to the wrong address (I had provided it 3x verbally and in writing). Not his fault. Once he showed up he did everything we needed and it looks perfect. | |- Removed a light / ceiling fan |- Install a new light fixture in the ceiling, creating a new drop and running electricity to the new location about 3 feet from its current location | |The service was fast and professional. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Just need to be patient with the outreach and scheduling.

Description of Work: It took some time to get an actual appointment. When first I called, I was told that I'd get a return call in 15m with an appointment time. That call actually came a day or two later. Then the appointment was made for several days after that, and only after a few foiled attempts. The electrician arrived 2 hours later than the appointed time, without having called to say he was running late. When he arrived, he was polite, thorough, and repaired the broken fixture. Unfortunately, the fixture broke again less than 24 hours later. When he was here, he warned me that he suspected the ballast was compromised, i.e. his company wouldn't be responsible if it broke again. I don't know if that's valid, but I guess I'm SOL.

Description of Work: Changed a 220 Outlet into a 110-115 outlet. Also tighten up connections in my electrical panel that holds the circuit breakers. The tech was very professional, he explained all the steps that he was doing to perform the job, and gave me some helpful information.

Description of Work: Electrician came today but was about 2-3 hours late. Nice and professional.

Description of Work: Worked on lights in bathroon, however after 2 months 1 of the 3 lights stopped working again.
