They were extremely responsive during scheduling. Alex, the technician, arrived during the one hour window, explained that a few stains might not be removed (they were) and went to work. He was cleaning eight yellow dining room chairs and they look great.

Leo was personable and did a fine and thorough job with my soft furnishings cleanings. Arrived on time, work completed tidily and efficiently. Some delay in receiving insurance paperwork, but quickly and attentively rectified. Would hire again.

Our technician Leo was really great. He showed up perfectly on time, wore protective gear for the whole time, cleaned up any minor mess himself, and was highly communicative throughout the appt. He answered questions thoroughly, and did a fantastic job cleaning. He was highly attentive towards problem spots and was extremely thorough in his overall steam vacuuming. We will ask for Leo specifically for next time. Thank you.
