Really nice people from Eco cleaning office and in the field They did a great job and were actually a few minutes early to the appointment. Our sectional looks and smells like new. I live on the 3rd floor so I did not know if anyone would even be able to get up there to clean but they did not complain at all. Thanks very much!

As a first-time mattress cleaning customer I have few points of comparison, to be fair. But I am happy google directed me to these guys - Eco cleaning were affordable and Alex was friendly, cleaned while I was out, offered same-day service. Hoping my mattresses stay clean but I know who to call if not!

Eco cleaning is awesome I highly recommend calling these guys if you need anything cleaned. I moved abroad a week ago and had to get my couch cleaned for renters. The got back to me with an estimate in less than 5 minutes and had Alex at my place same day. Super professional and fast. Thanks guys!

Really great job from Eco Cleaning . They were prompt in responding to request and quick to schedule the cleaning. We had blue denim stains on our couch that were removed with care and speed. Can not thank you all enough!

It was a bit challenging finding someone during these COVID-19 times that you trust, and feel safe letting in your home. I desperately needed some rug and upholstery cleaning and began my search. Yana was immediately responsive to my text messages, and arranged a time the following week to assist. She and her crew were professional and were polite about asking about wearing a mask in the home. The cleaning came out amazing! My rugs were soft again, and couches felt and looked new! Give Eco Cleaning a call if you want good work and professionalism, you would not be disappointed.

OH MY GOSH!!! Why has it taking me so long to use this incredible company! They were absolutely over-the-top amazing! Extremely thorough with great attention to detail. Eco Cleaning did not rush the job as Stanley Steemer has always done. And their prices! Wow- the prices were so reasonable! I could not be happier. Anyway - they arrived right on time and immediately got hard to work. I can completely see why they have a bunch of five star reviews. Each and everyone of these reviews is well earned as this is by far the best steam cleaning company I have ever used. Alex and John were my technicians and they were polite, hard-working, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. You would not be disappointed if you use Eco Cleaning. **UPDATED REVIEW: After posting a fair, but critical review, they reached out to me to discuss my issues. I was grateful that they did, and they agreed to provide me with a partial refund, which would have made the value more reasonable for the service they provided. We agreed on a roughly 50% rebate, but they required me to take down the review in full. I told them that I found them based on their reviews, so I did not think that deleting the review in its entirety was fair, but that I would gladly update it given the new price. They said that, **we submit the fact of removed review and we proceed with software submitting to our quality manager and instant refund**, so I would not trust any of their reviews here. They admittedly pay to have any non-positive ones removed. **ORIGINAL REVIEW: Just rent a steam cleaner from a [hardware] store for a fraction of the price. No special **treatments** beyond that, but they will try to charge you for them. The professional was nice and competent, but I felt ripped off based on the work actually done.

Just WOW, I have a two bedroom apt and had Eco Cleaning come out and clean are carpet. We have a dog so there is some stains nothing major. James the tech came out and was very professional and was up to par with all the covid restrictions. After it was done the carpet looked better then when we first moved in lol. Thank to Alex and owner John for the amazing service could not ask for anything more.

Alex from Eco Cleaning cleaned a large rug and an upholstered couch for us when we moved. He is very friendly and did an excellent job. He even cleaned some of the carpet on our stairs for free because he had extra cleaning solution and the time. I will definitely call him again for all of our carpet cleaning needs.

I called Eco Cleaning Company to get the mattress cleaned. I totally called last minute, yet they were so accommodating and came at the time I requested them. Two of them came (Alex and John)- super nice and professional - and they did a terrific job. I could not remember the last time it was this clean. I will call them again!

Ok, I have to say Eco Cleaning are the best cleaning service you have ever could find! Seriously, Alex is a great guy and super helpful, they cleaned our place about 2 hours without any additional charge! 2+2 came to clean the Couch and Mattresses everything like brand new after, you guys have no idea how terrible my furniture was before! Highly recommend!

Eco Cleaning Company saved the day! I urgently needed a deep cleaning of my recently purchased couch and mattress Yana not only answered my evening call. I had our couch, two chairs and a mattress cleaned by Eco Cleaning. The results were fantastic. The furniture looked great and smelled clean. Their process is efficient, and leaves everything able to use in a short amount of time. Alex was informative and professional, and is also a great neighbor! Will use Eco Cleaning again in a heartbeat.

I have used services from Eco Cleaning twice now and they are truly amazing! This last time I had a huge red wine glass spill on a cream cloth couch (yikes) and they got the stain out and it literally looks like nothing was ever there. The serviceman John and Alex were super friendly and scheduling was very straight forward and easy with Yana. 10/10 would recommend.

Leo and John were fantastic! Very professional and friendly, showed up early and were done with my couch and love seat within 45 minutes. Price was fair and matched the estimate and my couch looks like new! John even fixed a chair I have that I had been struggling to put together. Eco Cleaning way to do business, would definitely hire again in a heartbeat!

Really glad that we hired Alex with Eco Cleaning to clean our couch and the carpet in our 3 story townhouse. He did a fantastic job and charged an affordable and fair price. We had food and drink stains on our couch from various parties over the years. We tried cleaning it ourselves but it did not quite work. Alex cleaned it and the couch looks better than it has in years!

John and Stephan are excellent workers. They worked quickly and effectively. They communicated and insured we were satisfied. Most importantly my wife is extremely happy with the cleaning of our cream couches. Would definitely use and recommend them.

We have used Eco Cleaning services twice now. Alex and Yana are first and foremost really a lovely person, and the Couch and mattress looked amazing each time! Seriously amazing. We were surprised actually how good they looked after the cleaning. We have allergies in the house and we could tell what a difference deeply cleaned mattress make. They were always on time.  I have ordered mattress and carpet cleaning a few weeks ago and I had my service with Eco Cleaning yesterday . I would like to share this great experience with other people. Technician Alexei was very pleasant and polite. He explained every step of the cleaning process and also gave some recommendations how to take care of my carpet. And the most important they used eco-friendly cleaning products cause I am allergic for harsh chemicals. I am very happy that I have used this company not the other one. Will definitely call again.

I needed my couch cleaned and I called Monday afternoon and was able to get mark over the next day, and technician Alex threw in cleaning my 10x8 area rug and the cushions on another couch for a very reasonable price. I think he even cleaned the carpet around the rug too, cps my feet were wet when I walked over to look at the rug. He was exactly on time, very courteous and kind. I highly recommend Eco Cleaning company to anyone needing any fabric or carpet cleaned in their house!

We recently purchased a new house in the NYC area, we need to source out the cleaning service in the area during this special pandemic time. Our real estate agent recommended Eco Cleaning Company and we made a call to them on the same day. The service manager Yana was very friendly and responsive to get us in for the next day appointment. We went to our new place to check next day and met their working staff (John and Alex) on the final step of deep cleaning the carpet. Everything went well and smoothly, they finished the entire task about noontime. It was very clean and satisfactory during the inspection. We definitely will call upon Eco Cleaning Company in the future and recommend to others! Great job done! Thank you Yana!
