I had a condo with leak and rug got wet, my renter is VERY anxious and the guy was very calming and realistic. Gave us an appt and then the renter never called because the carpet dried ok. Ended up not doing the job and let the carpet dry out. He was knowledgeable and reassuring he would deal with my crazy renter. will call him back if needed in the future!

Lee from Carpet Guys USA came immediately and did a great job stretching and tightening up the carpet in my guest bedroom. He eliminated the wrinkles and the carpet looks new. Nice guy too!! Would recommend to anyone who needs carpet repair.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lee and his workers. I hired him for a big job (living room, hallway, 2 bedrooms and stairs). They arrived on time, worked hard all day removing the old and installing the new carpet. They worked into the evening in order to complete the job. There were no hidden costs. The project fee remained the same. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional during the original consultation as well as the during the installation. I recommend him and his team without hesitation! UPDATE 1/10/2020 - Repair, Refasten, or Stretch Carpeting I am a return customer! This time, I hired Lee to stretch my sister s carpet. Another company had installed her carpet a year ago, and already there were large ridges that she would trip over regularly. Lee and his team are a pleasure to work with! He came, gave me a VERY reasonable price, and fixed the carpet in just a few hours, which included replacing all of the wood trim that the carpet attaches to. He is fabulous, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. Of note, he installed my carpet over 3 years ago, and it is still as nice as the day he installed it! I highly recommend him without any reservation! There should be more people like Lee with his stellar work ethic! I am so fortunate to have found him!

Lee was very professional, accommodating and patient. He offered to drop off several carpet samples to assist us with our decision. Lee was timely and efficient. We were looking to buy an area rug for our living room and carpet a split stair case. Several other companies said they couldn't/wouldn't do that type of instillation. Lee's experience and knowledge shined through with the carpet instillation and the matching area rug. We were very happy with the quality and professionalism of Carpet Guys USA, I will be calling them to finish off several other rooms.

Had the den carpet stretched and cleaned. Lee picked up and relayed one side of the carpet to ensure a nice snug fit. Then he cleaned the rug' taking care to spot clean all dark spots first. Lee is professional and expert. I wish we had used his services sooner. We're very pleased with the results. Our carpet looks brand new.

Lee completed the work and did a beautiful job and replaced a section of carpet and you can't tell it's seamless.

Carpet Guys did a great job. My carpet was stretched and great care was taken to move the furniture, clean up and put everything back after the job, which was done expertly. I would use them again for future flooring projects.

I would definaltey go with these guys they go above and beyond and the carpet looks great.

Lee is a true professional and did a great job stretching our carpet which had buckled. My carpet looks even better than when it was originally installed. I would definitely recommend Lee and New Windsor Carpet Guys.

Work was great!!!!! The carpet was great and looks amazing!!!!! Carpet was a week late. They also left a small amount of the new carpet in my garage. Otherwise, they came on time as promised on the day of installation. They were prompt and service was quick and efficient. Excellent work. Would absolutely work with them for my children's rooms. Mr. Lee answered his phone when ever I needed to speak to him as well. Workers were friendly, did their job and left. Great service!!!!!!!!!!
