Description of Work: I called Ilberg and a person, not a machine, answered. They were able to respond later in the day - almost unheard of these days, unless it's an emeregency. It was not. They fixed a minor electrical problem (that I could have fixed myself, once the problem was pointed out to me). Because it was a quick easy job for them, they discounted the visit and the parts. The repairman was very polite and professional.

Description of Work: John came within an hour of my phone call. He was extremely pleasant, informative and professional. He installed a new quad breaker on a sub panel which corrected the problem. He also patiently answered questions concerning other electrical concerns. I would definitely recommend him and plan to call his company for future electrical work.

Description of Work: John Illberg was great. I called him to replacement the dryer outlet for my new dryer and a shorted outlet. He came out that same day and was in and out in less than an hour. Great experience.
