Good experience from start to finish. Tom came on time to give a quote, the price was excellent, they arrived on time to do the work and finished on time. Tom is very professional. They did an excellent job of grading our very long driveway; the rain no longer puddles in spots. They used more Grade 4 than expected, but still kept the price as quoted.

J.W. smith's price was not beatable. very professional crew and worked very hard. would recommend them to anyone! if I ever need anything done again they will be my first and probably only call. we called many different companies and jw smith was the best overall with customer service and price!

They did right by us! A perfect example of a company that proves that customer service is their top priority. Tom (the owner) personally reached out to me to rectify an unsatisfactory job that was previously done. With a hand shake and a promise to leave me completely satisfied with their work, Tom came by with his crew and redid the job for free. Way to go guys! We really appreciate it. Great work. We will definitely be doing business with you again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They used high quality materials, heavy duty machinery to lay the asphalt and compact with rollers. Looked like a highway construction team-except they were in and done in less than 4 hours! Neat and clean finish, excellent results. I recommend JWSmith highly!

Arrived on time for both the estimate and the actual sealing. Owner was present the entire time; thoroughly sprayed entire driveway after trimming the weeds alongside and blowing off leaves. Careful application of sealant and did not get any overspray on walkway, house, garage doors. Used hot crack sealant rather than the pour on type for a more durable fix. Satisfied with the job, which was done less than a week after the estimate, and the vendor.

I went through Angies list and contacted 4 contractors, first one never called back, second one called back after the job was complete, third one gave me an estimate over the phone...however, Tom, with JW Smith scheduled an appointment at first contact for an estimate, showed up when he said he would. His solution was to patch sections of the old driveway, cut out an area that bordered the entrance to the garage so water would drain correctly, apply a tack coat between layers and install an additional 2and quot; finish layer. Job was completed earlier that he initially proposed, in fact I was out of town at the time, however, my wife said Tom and his crew were well equipped, very professional and most important...gentlemen...Job was completed on time, at a very fair price and looks great! I would definitely recommend them.

We weren't home. Job was complete when we returned. Driveway looks completely sealed.

Tom Smith came out to give me an estimate (I had two other estimates). Smith's was in between. The father and son came and we agreed upon a date. They showed up early, before 8am and got right to work. The group of about 8 workers completed the task of the fairly large driveway in about 7 hrs. Tom left me some extra gravel that I requested that he do. It appears to be a very nice job. I wonder how the driveway will hold up and if I can update this review?

The crew and truck showed up clean, shiny, and on time. The neighbors and I were all amazed at how beautifully they did everything. I asked if they could make an extension to my driveway in front of my porch. They did. They said they would come back and add to my driveway, but never have. After 1 year, they were supposed to seal the driveway, but never have. Now I have some "sink holes" that may need to be repaired, but no one will come to look at them. I have called them many times, but I always get promises or excuses for broken promises, and now my warranty is about to expire and they won't make the necessary adjustments.
