The rooftop of our apartment building had leaks that lasted several years and patchwork repairs from different contractors never resolved the ongoing leak issue. The building board interviewed several contractors, all of whom wanted to entirely replace the roof for a very high price. Atif (owner) was able to isolate the problem area of the roof without replacing the entire roof at a much lower price point with a guarantee. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Atif and his team for their professionalism, dedication and most of all honesty. It’s been 3 years (with severe storms) and we haven’t had a leak since 😃.

Atif and his team tackled an almost impossible waterproofing issue. Cannot thank them enough for taking the time to really fix and underlying problem. Other contractors would have slapped some on waterproofing and hoped for the best but Atif really took the time to address the real issue. A year later and things are still perfect. I have recommended his team so many times to now utter happy clients.

We had flooding into our living space from an large poorly designed outdoor planter directly attached to the building. We even paid an "expert" engineer for an assessment that was inconclusive. Atif is very experienced, skilled, personable, honest, and reliable. He provided a clear project plan, timeline and budget, which he not only adhered to- he even absorbed some additional expense where some unexpected work came up. The project involved immediate mitigation (e.g. heavy caulking, redirection of water), and long term fix (excavation to ten feet deep, cleaning, waterproofing of the inside of the planter, cleaning out the crawlspace, assessing for mold, and repairing/ replacing the drywall). With Atif, you'll have your go-to guy for all things related to our home and building repair and maintenance, and we're truly grateful. Highly, highly recommend.
