They had at least 5 people calling me from all different numbers, they don't seem to have any one address. They called and wanted to install an alarm system for $47/month for a 3 year contract. I had never heard of this company. They were in a great rush to install and said the would come the next day, Oct. 17. On that day they said they were missing one worker, they kept calling and changing the time every 2 hours from 10 am to 6 pm, ruining my whole day.. So they wanted to come Friday but I was busy. It turned out to be a good thing for me, because over the weekend I received a notification from Lifelock that this company ran a credit check on me without my permission. They did not even have my SS number. I tried to call them to cancel the installation, but with all the numbers that I had for them, I could not get a live person, which was another indication to me of substandard service for an alarm company. Monday morning, I phoned, got transferred all over the place until I got a live person. They asked why I was cancelling and I told them, received no apology or explanation. I am SO GLAD I DID NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
