Description of Work: Upgraded/installed alarm system for my home. There was lack of communication as far as scheduling initial visits, scheduling installation (no one was being sent on scheduled date, as they needed to have someone do an onsite inspection first) and they never called to tell me. Date of installation - system was installed, but installers did not wa t to stay to show me how to use the remote access on my iPhone due to inability to activate my account. Had to call headquarters to get it rectified. Due to lack of other providers, I had no choice but to renew with them. Beware of clause In contract that does not allow you to cancel service.

Description of Work: several missed appointments. took 5 months to install correctly. They will not let you out of the contract as the system "does not have to be installed in a timely manner" Thats in the contract. Insanity

OUR ALARM KEPT SOUNDING, WE THOUGHT WE WERE PUSHING THE WRONG CONTROLS, BUT IT TURNED OUT THERE WAS A SHORT IN THE PANEL CONTROL BOARD. IT WAS FIXED AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO SOUNDINGS SINCE.
