It is now approaching 7 weeks and nothing has been done. I liked Lou and his approach. He took a water sample and said they would base the solution on the test results. Supposedly, the testing company lost the sample and it took many phone calls and about 5 weeks before we took another sample and they sent it in. No word since. I had to fill in the last 3 :star" questions in order to submit this. So they are meaningless since nothing has been done and they have been non-communicative.

Chip was great! Price quoted was price paid, not add-ons like a lot of companies try to do.

Chip Covell came to visit me to check the house. He came over with a very short notice. When I decided to hire him, I did not know exactly when I want the water treatment system to be installed. He reserved time for me till last minutes and he came to install the system on time on the day of our moving in. He goes extra miles to make sure you are happy with it and he helped me with the other area of water beyond what I paid for. I really appreciate the work he did for me.

We're glad we got 3 estimates before going ahead with our project. After speaking with H2O Solutions and getting 3 other estimates, we went with them. Our well tank needed replacing and he explained the project and pricing to our satisfaction. The project was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The service technician was personable and prompt. We certainly endorse H2O Solutions for your well tank service. On a side note, the technician noted that our water softener system needed service. He cleaned the nozzle(s) for no charge and suggested we replace our whole house sediment filter asap. Thank you again Home Advisor for another happy home owner.
