Jayson, our tech was professional but friendly, timely, and obviously experienced. Our quote was reasonable (lower than a local competitor) and we went forward with the work. I will definitely call Charles again!

I just needed someone to let them in while I was at work and they did exactly as the job was explained to me. When I got home, the new furnace was installed, the old was gone and the area was spotless. This is a company that should be proud of their service level, from the original tech who looked at my old furnace, to the sales team for getting it set up to be replaced very quickly and to the guys who came in to do the final work. Great job everyone!!!!!

John & Jim came in AM to install new furnace and air conditioner. They were done with all work within 4 hours. Fully explained new set up features for both units. Cleaned up after themselves, removing old unit. No complaints. They were both business friendly and worked diligently to do install. Many thanks to them for their work. Best of all, they kept doors closed so none of the animals could escape to the outdoors.

Todd and Jim were very punctual and had job done quickly and efficiently! We were also given instructions on operating both units! Would recommend and rehire again! Job well done!!!

One man started late in the day with 3 fellow workers showing up to get the job done in a timely fashion. I'd like to thank Jeremy, Todd, John & Nick for doing an outstanding job. They left the place clean and it's good to have our heat back with snow coming over night.

Our two technicians Jim and Dan did an outstanding job on everything they did. From showing their awareness of Covid, protecting our floors, picking up after themselves and everything in between. Our home is very old with only a partial cellar and a small working area with a low ceiling. There was plumbing and electrical fixtures in the way of exhaust and intake piping but they made installation look easy and very neat. They are both true professionals at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasurable experience to work with the entire Charles group.

Amin (Charles service technician) was very friendly but more important very knowledgeable about my furnace and immediately saw what was wrong and put the flame sensor in a slot closer to the flame so the furnace could fire and stay on. And he cleaned the furnace while he was here and cleaned up after his repairs.

On August 21st 2020 technicians installed a Central AC unit at my home. Everything went very smoothly. Todd and Jeremy showed up on time and explained the process of putting the unit in. After completing the work, the items completed were reviewed and maintenance and operations details were explained to me. A very professional organization.
